These queens inspire me so much ✨✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽
Right that part. We are rising
What queens? Huggins is sucking off Newton, who repeatedly raped her. Victims...
The universe and these ladies Huey Newton are talking to us now. It’s time...
Time for what?😶
I Agree Sister, Our Ancestors have had enough
INDEED it's time
@@starrysheild7141 AGREED, my Brothers and Sisters. Let's do this thang
@@raelockletree3858 time for your asss to be educated
So much love, admiration & respect for these beautiful Queens. 🖤
Jasmine Aliyah u are the queen too✊🏿✊🏿❤️
Muntaka Bölle-Abubakar thanks you 🖤✊🏽👑
Jasmine Aliyah u welcome 👸🏾 .. u can give me ur Ig name so we can talk ✊🏿
What a potent interview. This is the reflection on how true Black Queens should represent themselves. Simply beautiful...I love black women👸🏾❤️
feminism ruined everything
I went to Job Corp in the 70s and it was the turning point of my life. I still practice some of the things I learned from being in Job Corp. The way I make up my bed, how I dress for a job interview, how I conduct myself on my job etc etc. I miss those days.
They are dignified ,articulate and calm.Very feminine and strong too.
Angela Davis annoyed me by constantly referring to The Black Panther Party's impact on young Afrikans in Amerikkka. I was born in 1950s UK. The impact of the Panthers was profound. Many of us were banned from wearing Black Panther badges, Afros and talking "that Black Power stuff", in schools and colleges. There were many chapters of The Black Panther Party across the UK. It was a worldwide movement, linking us to the universal struggle for our humanity. The Black Panther Party was NOT a failure. AMANDLA AWETHU ✊🏿🖤
thank you for sharing. don't be mad at the sister who fought just like you did. she probably meant no offense. she's an American and was based there. it's nothing personal. she loves all black people
@@ladymiss9466 Respect . I'm not mad but disturbed by little or no acknowledgement of the struggle waged by young Afrikans in the UK and elsewhere in the diaspora, during this period. Similarly and our contribution to the liberation struggles across Afrika during the 1970s and '80s appears to have been erased from history.
I’m named after Ericka, Yes It’s Definitely An Ericka Thing “Revolutionaries- Power 2 The People!!”
Dr. Huey P Newton, thank you
That report on Huey P. Newton at the beginning made my head hurt. 🤦🏾♀️ It really shows how little this system teaches us to think critically, and the sad thing is, I would expect them to do the same kind of report or worse nowadays. It was CONTENTLESS drivel!
How little they told their audience about the man! How many times were the words 'criminal' and 'murderer' used? It's practically all they said, aside from how the police saw him!
They were absolutely sure to say nothing about where he came from, nothing about his goals, nothing about his effects in organizing, helping develop theory, and in building up the people. Worse than a 3rd grade book report!
History on repeat! How easily people forget...Shalom~
oh my god, they would never invite these three women on television today. Those were the real from real. Powerful trio.
The way I see it is John 10:10. We have a spiritual enemy of our soul that wants to kill, steal, and destroy us-ALL of us, regardless of who we are. He uses anything and everyone to destroy us. Until we see who the real enemy is, we will be fighting the wrong battle. This is a spiritual battle for truth that we are fighting here.
lol do you know what Marxism even is
Just say the devil and go.
Bless You 4 bringing Truth!! For those who will listen 👂🏽 prosper . Those who turn away seal their own fate
The struggle continues...Long live the Black August Family
And Indeed the Need for a Powerful Resistance has again Risen!
And there's Angela Davis ROCKING HER DREADS! ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
Yes Dr. Davis has always had beautiful hair. Of course, her activism and scholarship were monumental. Blessings
Like it even more than the fro
they killed her husband
Her husband John was a wonderful man and had a great sense of humor
It. Is a special time .. It's a new generation raising their heads , I'm so proud of these Kids . No justice no peace.👍👍
you can't fight violence with violence.
@@whateverman2674 Tell the slave who revolted that
This is beyond nostalgic and mystical to me, I was born 2 months after this was aired. I think going back to house phones would do much good. Everyone brainwashed by Facebook and tv still no one wanna research or organize or preach truth to power.
Oh my God that is so true they psychologically and spiritually killed him especially when it's older sister they did a number on Huey
This shit brings me tears what they did to destroy the vanguard party
I know! Heartbreaking.
Job corps was a gift I fucked up as a kid being 16 I met the most loyalist brothers and sisters and they still my brothers cs we created a bond that isn’t breakable much love black power ✊🏾💯
Amazing video.
I could listen to this anchor speak all day
It's easy to criticize on what the black panther party should have done when you were not their and when you seek validation from the oppressor on how the struggle should have been conducted, the odds against the black panther party by the FBI,police, judiciary and the Us.government who were acting similar like the Gestapo
These Queens and Sharazard Ali are what BW should be like .
Shut up
Is it just me or was the programme trying at all times to paint a picture of a batshit crazy-ass Huey Newton, and the party as some mad fantasy from his insane head by extention? And the girls patiently explaining repeatedly how brave a man was Huey and the party a genuine exemple of revolutionary mass organization
So this was the prettiest female broadcaster in The Bay prior to Pam Moore.
Salute to the Queen Warriors
❤
It's also bonkers how they described him as "becoming paranoid" towards the end of his life. 😮💨🙄 I dunno, maybe having COINTELPRO wielded against you might well do that to you! 🤷🏾♀️
Black panther, party 4er self Defense.
I LOVE YOU CUZZ
Erica Huggins looks like it's still 1968 in this show. lol :)
You mean she’s still as beautiful & youthful as she was before? Yea, I agree
well spoken and ladylike
I didn't know Ericka Huggins husband was killed. Sad!
Mr Kwanzaa
The bay in 89
You know I was a little girl growing up in S.F. when the Black Panthers were popular. I never understood who they were and why until many many years later. I'm sad about how the black people were treated back then it was AWFUL. I know the daughter of the Police Officer who was shot and killed by Huey Newton, boy he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. As I feel so bad for the daughter of the cop he shot, I also understand what happened now. Very Sad story all the way around.
My pops was a mexican teen when they were popular living in the north bay. Super interesting times, and I'm fascinated with this history. It breaks my heart that my childhood is the byproduct of white flight, because the friends I've made in the bay area have had some hard lives, and they grew up 5 mins down the freeway.
fuck cops
Huey never pulled the trigger, officer John Frey was a racist cop, he actually shot Huey in the stomach after handcuffing him
Canada/Mexica COVID??
Several of the Black Panthers Women's husbands were killed.
Angela is the least known and the most known of these women at the same time😮
The United States of America Constitution] We the People have the power !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why would they kill m?
The party will continue to fail as long as none 9 either beings are allowed in. I see the problem now.. thanks for the footage.. I seethe problem right here.

Worthless diatribe! May Dr. Huey P. Newton RIP.
No. Not a thing
His legacy is written in stone and AND OUTSPOKEN BLACK RADICAL POWER
he got killed for killing that black woman
Huey P. Newton is AMONG OUR BLACK ELDERS IN THE HEAVEN REALM. HUEY P. NEWTON KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!
I see not a thong
It’s not the 1960s anymore
Its still the 60's....too bad for you..
They are all dead now
Not being racist, why are they alwaysnlight skinned blacks fighting for freed mostly.May God bless them.
Dont confuse publicity with actual organizing or activism. From Tubman, Assata, Afeni, Simone and today the 3 founding members of Black Lives Matter, Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and Opal Tometi do alot of grassroots organizing even Maxine Waters who has recently received some publicity has done alot in her past that is under appreciated.
Ask your ancestors why are pal are light skinned.
Marcus garvey?.. Steve biko?..khalid Muhammad? Dr.Martin Luther King? Paul Robeson? Dr.Joseph Ben ?..Henrik Clark?.. Polite? shall I continue?.....inaccurate observation.....
V4Kompany So you're saying the men were only figureheads?

BLACK PEOPLE ARE TRULY BEAUTIFUL. ESPECIALLY BLACK QUEENS.
This is amazing interviews and intelligent ladies. Our ancestors sacrificed a lot this why we need to become successful to make them proud and have children's to pass on our bloodlines.
