    Bobby Seale is an African-American political activist and co-founder and national chairman of the Black Panther Party.
    Biography from Biography.com
    Born in Texas in 1936, Bobby Seale is one of a generation of young African-American radicals who broke away from the usually nonviolent Civil Rights Movement to preach a doctrine of militant black empowerment, helping found the Black Panthers (later renamed the Black Panther Party) in 1966.
    The Panthers focused much of their energies on community outreach, and the California movement spawned chapters across the nation. By 1968, Seale decided that a public account of the formation and history of the Panthers was needed, so he wrote Seize the Time: The Story of the Black Panther Party and Huey P. Newton (published in 1970). That same year, Seale was arrested while protesting at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. He and seven other defendants, thereafter known as the Chicago Seven, were tried for conspiracy to incite riots in a circus-like atmosphere that resulted in Seale being sentenced to four years in prison for contempt of court . Seale was also tried during this period for the murder of a fellow Panther suspected of being a police informant. The trial ended with a hung jury.
    In the 1970s, as the Black Panthers faded from public view, Seale took on a quieter role, working toward improving social services in black neighborhoods and other causes.

    This was a real interview. I love how the interviewer let Bobby escape from that cell with the talk of food. I could tell Bobby loved to make that steak dish he described in detail. That's what a man needs if he's locked up a good meal and Bobby was able to make a meal right there in jail in his mind.

      Read mr Anthony Ray Hinton's book "The Sun Does Shine"...
      That beautiful soul was totally innocent, and because he was black and poor, he had to suffer 30 years on death row.
      Happy birthday Anthony Ray Hinton June 1 🍧🎂☺️💐❇️🧡🌹
      He escaped his bodily confinement with his mind also (the first 3 years he was silent).. and he told his body he was leaving. Marriage to a couple dazzling women, meeting Queen Elizabeth for tea, playing Wimbledon, and travel the world were his escapes. Strong soul, and seriously tolerant.
      He got release with help of Bryan Stevenson... (Equal Justice Initiative).
      THANK YOU JESUS.

    Where the Sun was Strongest, and Black People were the oldest civilazation. I just think its interesting how we are originally growing out on our own through Gods Will. Bless Bobby Seale, he taught how to eat well. Thank you for your Food Programas and Medical Treatment to People Free. Thank you Sir you inspired me as a Boy and still as to this day. I hope to teach cooking to people and feed them and help people like Bobby Seale or Huey P.Newton and the Black Panthers and Brown Berets. God gave us what we need. This man is a philosopher. A genius in his own right. He started the Goverment WIC women and infant childrens Program.

    Good food is like peace, ya know. Just makes you feel like, just for a moment, all is right in that little corner of the world. Certainly a welcome refuge when combatting a racist society. So of course we put some of our soul into the food.

      They's some pig-eyes out there. When Chauvin ran up on George Floyd, the video shows Mr. Floyd looking in his eyes and right away saying you scaring me man. To see those pig eyes, may God protect us. May we see eye to eye. SAY THE NUMBER. $27 million. Black Lives Matter. May George Floyd family live like justice royalty because that man, an ordinary man, win some, lose some, was an ASSET to my family. The worldwide movement his death sparked means my sons are a little safer cause even pig cops can see the game is up, there's consequences. Thank you Bobby Seal, thank you George Floyd. Demons gonna demonize.

    That discription of the food he liked to eat was making me damn hungry, ha, hahaha. I believe that he realized that a child's intellectual development begins with his stomach. Thus the food program that the Panthers instituted was a result of this realization.

      @michaelwilks6268 2 роки тому

      @@tulayamalavenapi4028 Yes I can too because based on his ideology. When you have a full stomach you can accomplish many things. One of which is hypothetically and sometimes literally you can buy all the Cadillacs that you want. Where as on the hand with an empty stomach your mindset is primarily survival. That's why alot of criminals and entertainers and people of that ilk. Extravagantly lavish themselves with the best that life has to offer. Because they know what it means to have an empty stomach and now that they no longer have to face that challenge they go for the gusto so to speak. That's why so many of them end up broke and sometimes destitute because of a reckless and abandoned attitude where it comes to spending. That they can probably trace back to their macerated or at least lacking earlier instance.
