Difference ay sa banko, every anniversary or 12th month ka lang pwede magadvance to pricipal. For pag ibig, anytime :)

In your opinion po which is better mag loan for construction of house, si pag-ibig po ba or si bank? short po kasi kami sa budget kaya natigil muna ung pag papagawa at gusto ko po sana masundan ulit ung pag papagawa kasi iba po ung feeling na naka pag umpisa kana at gusto matapos ung project.
