I love that Wrangler is still available with front and rear solid Axles. Even G Wagon is still very off road capable, but at front no more solid axle only independent suspension. Great review as always. Greetings
it's absolutely fantastic. the only 2 things are really heartbreaking: those two things are: 1. no 360-cam. and 2. horrible second row seats. especially the back of the seat of the second row absolutely horrible. I mean specifically the recline position of the back of the seat just 6-inches more recline would make those seats absolutely normal for just 15cm would make it totally different story.
It definitely needs a 360 cam system.. Honestly (this could be placebo) but I feel like the JL definitely has more of a recline in the second row than the JK.. The JK was horrendous comfort wise in the 2nd row
@@703Speed i mean for short trips it is totaly ok. but for long trips it is disaster. its like you have to stay like a sea-horse :) but this new 2024 wrangler and the all wranglers including old ones are absolutely fantastic. totally fun cars ever.
After seeing the new front grill which may also be on the 2024 Gladiator I bought a 2023 Mojave. Supposedly the change was made to increase air flow to the radiator to allow for a higher tow rating so it does make sense functionally. But the iconic vertically slatted grill which largely contributes to the Jeep classic look virtually disappears. As far as the interior all the new tech and larger screen is nice but each update seems to be moving the Jeep further away from it’s off-road roots as a utility vehicle. At least they’re keeping the straight axles and manual 4x4 transfer case. Great review as always. Edited for spelling.
Agreed.. I love the manual transfer case - it just feels classic. I think it would be sweet if they put a V8 in the gladiator as well. I'm just not sure I see that happening. Do you think Jeep will ever put an IFS in the Wrangler/Gladiator?
@@703Speed I don't think Jeep will switch to IFS for the Wrangler and Gladiator. The front straight axle (and the manual transfer case) differentiate them from the competition. Both are stronger and less complicated for off-road use. Jeep offered a 304 V8 back in the 70's when they were owned by AMC. First generation Bronco's also had a 289 and 302 V8 option. A V8 option would be great in a Gladiator but it would likely be the same 5.7L hemi V8 with cylinder activation, more complication and more weight. I'm happy with the simplicity and power of the 3.6L V6 in my Gladiator but I'm not using it as a dedicated tow vehicle.
I want one really bad but that stupid antenna in the windsheild does nothing but jack up the price for a replacement which you will ultimately need. Its a no from me dawg
generally any wrangler class suv (bronco as well) most optimal and most practical and most well-balanced maximum size of tires are 35-inches. more than that is not really wright thing to do. (except special purpose car cases). i now people have 37-inches, and 40-inches and even 42-inches ,. but having those type of tires without some special purpose is not wright thing to do at all imo. 35-inches are totally enough for practical most of the situations.
I agree, but some people do the bigger tires either for the look or the functionality for off roading. But for an on street/occasional off road use vehicle, 35's (imo) are the way to go
@@703Speed yeah, i mean nothing wrong with bigger tires , i mean bigger than 35-inches but i just think it is too much load on car in general and on the system. and fuel consumption is getting a lot as well.
☝️🤣"EASY" ,, wait till late 2024 or early 2025. WHY? right now the 2023's are just rusting on the dealership lots. W.S.J. articles on how every vehicle is WAY over priced and we will also experience an economic downturn in 2024. That means new 2023's, 2024's and early 2025 JEEPS all sitting rusting on the lots.. best time to buy is early 2025

It's almost comforting they don't change much. Especially today when almost nothing is recognizable from days gone by. Thanks as always. 👍🏻👍🏻

Now my first vehicle!
Excellent review!!! It's very prophesional the way you run your reviews well done!!
Great video! Always look forward to these.
God bless and great video

Thank you! And yes, I think its great Jeep is still using the solid front.. It's staying true to its roots
Awesome review bro!
Thank you!
@@703SpeedYou're welcome dude!
We went to Koons Tysons on Saturday and checked out a Rubicon in the Anvil color. Best color I've seen in a long time.
I really like the Earl color.. Did a video with a 392 and thought it looked sweet
@@703Speed were torn between roof and engine. Any thoughts? Coming from a grand Cherokee with air suspension
Man I can wait to trade in my accord in couple years for this Jeep rubicon 🔥 truck
That will be a sweet trade!

Just purchased a 2024 Rubicon 2 door. I don't see a 5,000 lb tow rating in my owner's manual for any configuration. Max is 3500
5,000 for the 4 door!

I wish Jeep continued making the Freedom Edition on the JL and JT models. I'd love to see you evaluate all the Wrangler models and the Gladiator.
I’ve done most of the 2024 Wranglers at this point, but not all yet
The Rubicon drives better than the willy
damn the uk doesnt even get the 3.6L V6, only the 2.0L 4 Cylinder with 270bhp
Greate review. I saw briefly that the drivers door have a 3 level of opennig like most cars. Can you tell is that is correct ?
Yes.
Can I install 3 car seats in the back seat ? I love this truck but never could afford it 😢
Yes, I think you could. Do you mean like the baby seats or booster seat?
Im at odds with the front grill. Im sure it will grown on me.
I bet it will. I actually really like it
Hood vents are blocked on the 24 model?
I just double checked on Jeep website, it says they are vents
@@mikedgg2 When you pop the hood, you cannot see any venting out of the hood. The 392 has a functional air intake however
The vents are designed to let air flow out to disperse heat
C how come every time the comar way from yourself your voice gets lower on video
