    If I make hot sauce in a commercial kitchen, can I store the final product at home? Also: In the event I have to prove my product was made in a commercial kitchen, is there a certification I need from the kitchen?

    Another great video. Question if I may: No commercial kitchens near me. Was wondering if small restaurants might rent out some time in their kitchens. Have you heard of such a thing? If so, do you have any tips for making an agreement? Thanks so much for all you do.

    Do I need to store my ingredients somewhere other than my house if I want to sell my product online, and do commercial kitchens allow on site storage?

      yes and no ... let me explain you can BRING these to the commercial kitchen and produce your final product and some "Kitchen Incubators" as they are called allow you to run your food business from there! So it depends on if you have one near you.

    I want to open a commercial/shared kitchen, how do I even start? What type of contractor would I need?

      to be honest you need more than anything a plumber for the 3 types of sinks every kitchen needs and potentially an electrician for the commercial size plugs

    What if I purchased $1000 with of things for the kitchen, but did not officially operating until next year sales wise. Can I claim my equipments for the 2022 tax year?

      great question I am npt an accountant BUT what I have expereinced is any business transactions for the busines made within the calendar year can be used towards caliming on a business accounting during that year ( be sure to ask your CPA and how to take advantage of ALL write offs!
