These Q&A sessions have become a real lifeline Dr. Goldner. It’s a big ol’ world with a lot confusion and temptations. I know it must be a huge sacrifice for you to wedge these sessions in every week, so THANK YOU!

Hi Marjorie, I saw your comments in the chat about dessert and chips. There are amazing raw vegan version of so many desserts, including ice cream that you can try. They vary in prep time but are so good. Try a few and you will probably never want to go back. I have been taking some into my work place and they are blown away with how good they are. These are all people who are eating a standard diet. As for chips, I was hugely addicted to these, crisp and cooked. I had to just make the decision to not have them initially. Now I'm not interested in eating them. Have lost the cravings for them. I have just made kale chips for the first time yesterday, and they are seriously good. Hope this helps you out. Have a great day. Cheers, Debbie

My daughter has she has been vegan for 10 or 12 years not a healthy vegan. She has been eating large amounts of pasta daily. She was having one health issue after another and before I told her about your program she was very suicidal because she had no idea how to fix her issues. I told her eat veggies not pasta. She wouldn’t listen. She has now been on your plan for almost three weeks and she is doing so great. Many of her issues are gone. She is so excited about this program and the progress she is making. The fact that your program is free is perfect because she is poor. Thank you so much god bless you.

Dr. Goldner, you are and answer to my prayers. I got covid19 twice and other health issues going on. Last week, I saw my pcp and she just said, " This is your new normal, learn how to live with it" is long covid19 side effects as I couldn't even walk because of my balance being so off/dizzy and bad bad body pain. I was given prednisone again and sent home with no other suggestions or any other answers😢. I got out of that appointment asking God for help because I refused to live this way , I got home and saw your first video and all I could say "Yeeeeeeeeeee you are the answer to my prayers " so I have been clue to your videos and learning how to do the green juice., and I started 3 days with the juice, and extra water. You are a blessing to all of us and God bless you for what you are doing.❤❤❤❤❤

When I want chips I’ve learned it’s the salt I need. I’m on HN. I steam some corn or peas and put iodized salt onto it. I add a teaspoon or more of ground flax to it, because it’s a great way to get flax in (after steaming). I’m fine tuning the steaming to do a simple low temperature, enzyme saving “softening” of the peas/corn but whatever I fix, if I put salt on it there is no more craving for chips.

Have you tried lemon pepper ? I think it's better than salt. The sour receptors on the tongue are next to the salt receptors. If you eat something lemony, it often tastes salty.

When I started your diet I was actually already healthy...I was just misdiagnosed w Lupus. I did eat fruit, tofu, beans, walnuts and oatmeal occasionally. I think I even ate the Amy's frozen tofu scramble a few times too.The bulk of it was the smoothies though. I enjoyed learning about add ons to the smoothies like Spirulina ,Maca powder and so on. I even liked how in one of your older videos you just tossed the carrot sprig into the blender. Lol ,that stuck with me because I was always taught as a kid to throw that away. My doctor was very stunned at my blood work. I tried to explain this to him ...but I'm just a layman (layperson) so why would he listen to me.

Hi Dr. Brooke , I just came across your UA-cam channel a few days ago , & I love your strategies on this topic .
I rather use Foods and Exercise as a solution , rather than take prescribed drugs & meds .
I have an Artificial Mitral valve implanted in the heart .
    Taking Warfarin & Metoprolol .
My cardiologist says Blood pressure is normal, & valve is doing well , but my last LDL reading was 114 .
It Needs to be lower .
    He suggested a statin .
    Either Rosuvastatin
    20 mg ( 1 / day ) or Atorvastatin ( 40 mg/day )
I have heard how statins harm the liver , and said I would research and decide later .
He said he could even reduce the strength to 5 mg & 10 mg respectively . ( A milder doze )
Do u know how I could lower my LDL thru diet and exercise ?
Thanks for your time and advice ! You are a God send !
    🙏🙏👍🎈

I know someone who has psoriasis. His doctor gives him a variety of creams and tells him it is something that can be managed but can never go away. I tell him that I don't believe this to be true and that your protcol has a good chance of getting rid of the psoriasis but he needs to actually do what it takes. He has one medium sized smoothie in the morning but eats 'everything else' the rest of the day and is not willing to go 'all in'. So in that case, his doctor will be proven right. Doing only a part of this protocol really is not enough as he is the rpoof of.

Do what she wants you to do for as long as it takes. At least 6 weeks then do as you want . I do 128 of water over the 24 hours and the smoothie from Noon till 6 pm add a big salad everyday or something raw whole foods plant based high fiber nutritional dense diet cover's everything. . Blended whole juice recipe book that comes with the Vitamix blender. Ice on top blended for 90 second's. 6 intermittent fasting hours to get the blended whole juice down all day today to get the water down. Depends on your fasting detoxing window plenty of water sleep exercise practice meditation and intermittent fasting everyday 18 6 works for me smoothie/juice feast fasting detoxing 2 meals a day in my eating window. Hope that helps. Just sharing information on what I believe and fallow for me. May or May not work for you.

Don't have junk food in your house. Don't know what Jimmy John's is but if its a fast food joint, just drive past or go a different way so you don't pass it. Put jammies on and take make up off as soon as you get home so you will not be tempted to go out again. Never go to grocery store hungry.Only shop in the produce section and beans & rice area except for a few rare exceptions. The longer you go without the junk, the easier it becomes.

I have a Nutribullet and a little coffee bean grinder for the flax/chia seeds. I pack in the greens and blend those first because it would be too full with the fruit. After greens are done, I blend in the frozen fruit and it seems to be fine for me. It is a little more work, but I'll continue this way until I'm ready to commit to the Vitamix! I'm talking about just the regular Nutribullet...not the Nutribullet tall blender.
