How To Pump While Feeding Your Baby

- One of the #1 reasons I hear from pumping parents that they are not getting the pumps in that they NEED to meet their goals is struggling to find the time to pump when they have a baby to take care of. No one is denying the taking care of a baby is hard work- it's really hard! The trick here is learning to pump and bottle feed at the same time. Combine the two most time intensive tasks about infant care when you are pumping into one activity. Is it tricky? Oh yeah- it's a learned skill. Can you learn to do it? Absolutely!
And if you are struggling reach out and let me help you!

Again, another timely video. I feel like you are a fly on the wall of my life lol. Thank you for the consistent uploads!
If this content is helping you let me know what other things you need to know!
@@genuinelactation I would like content on pumping in public spaces. I’ve been told pumping while driving isn’t safe and it’s too hot to be in the car so I’m not sure of other scenarios. I’m also looking into wearables but I don’t have the means to spend more than $100 on that
Best video!!! I love all your videos BUT this one was so much needed!!! I didn’t know I could do these two very essential things at the same time 🙌🙌🙌 Life changing 😅
Thank you so incredibly much!!!
Glad it was helpful!
One video I would love is advice on pumping with phalanges while breast-feeding. (Pump on one breast while nursing baby on other). I’m pregnant with my third and for my first two I always pumped first thing in the morning on whatever side baby wasn’t nursing on. I’ve tried with both children to pump with phalanges, but just found that I was constantly knocking them off and spilling the whole bottle of milk. Ultimately switched to wearables (willow 3.0) for my last baby, but didn’t get as much output. This time I’ve ordered babyBuddha to try their wearables. Pumping while nursing has always been hard for me.
I have that coming up in the next 2 weeks!
Can you help guide me towards a small QUIET pump (that is NOT a wearable pump)? I have the Spectra but it's too loud in a work setting for me. I would love to have a smaller, and quieter pump that is covered by insurance. Ny suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
You would want to look at the elvie stride or ardo alyssa for that need!
@@genuinelactation Do you have another suggestion aside from the elvie stride? Does it function more like a wearable or a traditional pump? Thanks!
