Does doubling up on the pumpin pals flanges reduce suction in your experience?

Nope! The flange in flange hack doesn’t reduce suction but does require good bra support :)

Is the outer flange the size M or XL? It looks green, but I can't tell if it is simply because the blue would make yellow look green?

Officially no they have never said but i suspect its related to the stability of silicone at that size.
