I like how you found out the problem by checking the 12v output. it was new, at least for me. Of course, I am not a pro technician, but I still enjoy repairing devices.

Thank you for this fascinating video, what professionalism!
I have 3 questions for you, if you don't mind too much
    - At what temperature do you heat ?
    - What's the little brush you used to clean with paper towel?
    - Where to find your tweezers, they are great!

I have a question, I removed my HP power supply from the computer to test it and it turns on by plugging it into the wall and without bridging any cables. Is this supposed to happen?
My computer turns on but no display and fans spin very fast.
While it was on I decided to bridge the cables and it turned off the power supply

Your power supply is actually fine..
You have something wrong with the motherboard.
Try resetting the bios and check the CMOS battery and also reseat the ram memories or replace if possible .

@@FixTronics I already tried the basic fixes like resetting cmos and bios, reseating ram and CPU, reseating gpu, changing gpu but didn't solve my issue.
One problem I had with this computer a week ago was a memory failure, the computer would give a certain amount of beeps indicating ram failure. After reseating the ram like 30 or 50 times the problem just fixed itself.
I don't really know what is the problem with this computer. The problems always occur when I shut down correctly and then hours later I try to turn it on and it doesn't work, only this time doesn't even give me any beeps.
I'm 70% certain the computer can detect the ram and CPU because when I try to turn it on without the CPU or without the ram it gives me beeps indicating the absence of each.
Might have to look into finding some new ram sticks to test
      Anyway thanks for responding
