@@mtk3755 What exactly do you mean by "Bollywood barely makes something different"? Because, every year Bollywood has made movies of many different genres. For me Cinema didn't change but if same actors do it'll make it a difference.
amazing video bhai 🎉.... there's one probable error though....you mentioned that classic bollywood comedy movies were remakes of popular Malayalam movies made by Mani Ratnam himself. Did you mean Priyadarshan?
I think, this guy has discovered the formula for views: step 1: Select a topic on bollywood movies or Influencers. step 2: Create a red colored thumbnail. This formula has worked perfectly because, he reached 300k in a very short period of time. I miss old vedant who used to make videos on diverse topics and not limited to topics that get views.
Step 2 : create a red thumbnail...lol you don't know anything about thumbnail...har creator ka ek alag unique thumbnail design hota hai jisse audience easily unke video ko recognise kar sake... To yeh mat kaho ki red thumbnail ki wajah se uske views aa rhe hain lol xd

01:00 Dude!! Even Hindi cinema is regional cinema. There's nothing "national cinema" as such, if north Indians call Bollywood not under regional cinema. There are more than 13 states who hardly watch even a single Hindi movie from most of their population. 😀💯
Generally speaking, both old Hollywood and old Bollywood had an authenticity and a cinematic quality of its own. It can never be remaked exactly like that. hence why i love watching old movies, they seem more engaging and had actual content to show, not just money, alcohol and girls:)
I feel we Hindi speaking belt sees 2-3 hits of south industry and gets carried away and starts name calling Bollywood. If you do some research Tamil, telugu, Kannada industry are starving for hits in recent times. Apart from Kalki none of their big or small films worked. Malayalam industry having a good time as they make budget friendly films. Looking at Bollywood this year inspite of no big KHAN film releases it made different genre films that succeeded like Shaitaan, Crew, Kill, Laapata Ladies, Article 370, Munjya, Teri baaton mien etc. Yes Bollywood is waiting for a big blockbuster which should be happening with Stree2, Singham n Bhool bhuliya, baby john
@@theultimate12 Shaitaan is a remake. Baby John is a remake. Singham and Bhool Bhulaiyaa are sequels of remakes which are already established franchises, thus half of their success should go back to the success of their prequel. Bollywood became the ‘face’ of Indian cinema simply coz it has a larger audience and overseas diaspora. And when globalisation happened, Bollywood became synonymous with Indian cinema, again….simply larger Hindi diaspora and audience. South Indian movie had a language barrier and also prejudice towards South Indians, even though south has always had similar or better quality content. Baahubali changed the game completely and basically gave the south makers a confidence that their direct movies can work. And the second reckoning was Ott boom during Covid.
@@vedantrusty I’m not discrediting Bollywood, they were the trend setters as you mentioned in the video. I’m just saying the south never got its due recognition. When I see the films which are becoming pan india hit, I wonder what would’ve happened if many of those remade movies were released in the original language back in their day. And this might hurt, there was blatant prejudice against South Indians films among the hindi audience and also at the industry level.
prejudice?? just stop playing victim card nd if hindi speakers are more how is it prejudice to others?? how many marathi nd bengali films have been hit in south??

I think we should see how many remakes even south industry have done of Bollywood films than solely attacking Bollywood in their bad times. A superstar like Rajnikanth’s 50% of filmography consists of Amitabh Bachchan remakes
I agree but at the same time they are trying new stuff, bring in new filmmakers, give respect to writers, technicians and made a culture of bringing something differentetc. Bollywood barely makes something different in 3-4 yrs. That too is inspired.

Growing up I've seen my grandparents always saying they used to watch movies for a certain actor or actress and that changed when i was little and my father used to take us to watch a movie for its story, i feel like that's just lost these days cause now I can predict a movies from its trailor and I'd rather watch it at my home than on theator, actors like salman khan who actually should play roles according to his age rather than sounding dead inside are so focused on playing the lead that new actors don't even make it to the background. For me Cinema didn't change but if same actors do it'll make it a difference.

step 1: Select a topic on bollywood movies or Influencers.
step 2: Create a red colored thumbnail.
This formula has worked perfectly because, he reached 300k in a very short period of time. I miss old vedant who used to make videos on diverse topics and not limited to topics that get views.

Since childhood I know all stars like allu arjun, NTR dhaunsh etc and I see their growth from childhood 😅
Then I usually talk about movies in my classroom especially Telugu tamil movies they laugh on me says South movies are cringe their movies have completely action in thier films

Sure I will
01:00 Dude!!

And the second reckoning was Ott boom during Covid.
bhai ye baat galat hai, that's what we're trying to deduce in the video what's true
+ Bahubali was released in the Northern India region by Dharma Productions.
And this might hurt, there was blatant prejudice against South Indians films among the hindi audience and also at the industry level.
prejudice?? just stop playing victim card
nd if hindi speakers are more how is it prejudice to others?? how many marathi nd bengali films have been hit in south??

Vedant Bhai, both Judwa and Hello brother are based on 1992 Jackie Chan movie Twin Dragons. And Many of the Movies that Priyadarshan made (both in Malayalam and Hindi) and re-made are borrowed from many English movies. Every Industry has a history of this - plagiarism, inspiration, uncredited-adaptation, remake whatever you may call it.
Bollywood never had any roots to begin with. Kashyap explains it beautifully in an interview. One language gets spoken by a large no. of ppl in north west centre till assam in east and Maharashtra and pockets of nizam territory.
