I’m from Kerala. I was never interested in Shivaji Maharaj (like most of the people in South) merely because I was ignorant about his life. But from last one year I started reading about Maharaj’s life and I could feel why he’s such an emotion for people of Maharashtra. Now I realise how important was he to people of south also. It’s because of Maharaj we still have all these temples in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Marathas fought and spilled blood so that Mughals couldn’t cross the Maharashtra region due to which entire south was in safe custody. Nowadays I also feel like a Maratha. Jai Bhavani, Jai Shivaji ❤️

But what about the rest of India. The entire nation has no idea what he has done. The nehru dynasty elaborated him like a local hero. This is the problem. Bengal before shivaji Maharaj birth comprised of Bihar jharkhand Orissa west Bengal and Bangladesh so much land was conquered by Mughals , imagine now Bangladesh is 20 crores Muslims then that time Bangladesh n west Bengal together comprise of nawab of Bengal army would have killed hindu population had it been that Marathas did not invaded n fought the nawab of Bengal. Hi Ranveer, Me and my family are regular viewers and a big fan of your work. This is a great series of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and today's generation should know more about the legend. I want to suggest a speaker named Namdevrao Jadhav. He wrote the book called Shivaji Maharaj - The Management Guru. He has beautifully explained Shivaji Maharaj’s skills in that era which we all learn in MBA now. We all know about the forts wars but what he explains is pure management skills that Shivaji Maharaj had since childhood.

Even more astonishing, England has a dedicated chapter on this battle, while in India, our education system fails to acquaint our citizens and children with such inspiring figures and stories.
Believe me there are beautiful narrators in Marathi..who tells Maharaj's history in sach a detail with patriotism that goose bumps floods all over the body. But I dont find anyone such narrator in Hindi yet. Sad...

I am living in pune . I knew it but Marathas respect him and treat him like a God. But what about the rest of India. The entire nation has no idea what he has done. The nehru dynasty elaborated him like a local hero. This is the problem. Almost the same scenario with Netaji as well.

I want to suggest a speaker named Namdevrao Jadhav. He wrote the book called Shivaji Maharaj - The Management Guru. He has beautifully explained Shivaji Maharaj’s skills in that era which we all learn in MBA now. We all know about the forts wars but what he explains is pure management skills that Shivaji Maharaj had since childhood.

Born in Maharashtra and raised in Delhi NCR, I have a Maharashtrian background and gained insights about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj from my parents. Through personal academic experiences, I've noticed that beyond Maharashtra, many only recognize the name but lack understanding of his remarkable journey and commitment to swarajya. We require these kind of podcasts and study materials to instill pride in our roots, where remarkable warriors were born and created history. Surprisingly, before the movie Kesari, the Battle of Saragarhi, fought by 21 Sikh soldiers against 10,000 Pathans, wasn't widely known. Even more astonishing, England has a dedicated chapter on this battle, while in India, our education system fails to acquaint our citizens and children with such inspiring figures and stories.
Believe me there are beautiful narrators in Marathi..who tells Maharaj's history in sach a detail with patriotism that goose bumps floods all over the body.
But I dont find anyone such narrator in Hindi yet. Sad...
Actually I felt like he was unable to express in hindi.. should have found some other narrator..
