This workout burns 108 calories according to my fitbit! (I'm 5'2, 125lbs btw because I think the calories you burn are different depending on your stats :) ) Dropped down to almost 119 from this but gained 5lbs back so I'm trying to go back into my routine!
Doing this workout and an arm and a leg one every other day (: day 1: i got so tired and red/sweaty, and had to take a bunch of breaks. then that night i woke up in the night to such bad thigh pain omg i thought my leg was broken no joke. day 2: my legs were still sore but i managed to get through it with lots of breaks lol. still red and sweaty. day 3: my legs had no pain today which is great, and i was barely red! still a bit sweaty tho lmao. anyways it has become a bit easier but i still had to take breaks.
I have a question. I have been walking on treadmill since 3 weeks ago(6 times a week, 45 minutes each session) as my cardio exercise. However, since yesterday i have noticed that i felt less tired, less sweating and my heart rate also lower than before. Is this normal? Should i increase the speed and incline? Hope someone can help

You're really in great shape,but you shouldn't give instructions to other people.Starts with the punches and ends how you overbend your knees in a very unhealthy way.I clearly see you're not a professional instructor.

I think you can challenge yourself with incresing the incline 😊 you can try 30min session with 12 incline and 3or 4 for speed. Hope it can help
