Does the Nuna come with a bassinet?
+29Buchi The Nuna doesn't come with a bassinet. The seat does lie completely flat and is rated for newborn use. +sheenaamaryy Nuna is a baby gear brand - they sell both strollers and car seats (as well as many other great items: mbeans.com/manulist.php?manuid=1792). As for the best car seat stroller, the only car seat that converts into a stroller is the Doona. All other car seats attach to the stroller and almost any car seat can be attached to any stroller by using adapters.
