I reached out to nuna US who told me the US/Canadian car seats and strollers are not “interchangeable” so I was worried if I ordered the ring from a third party it wouldn’t fit my Canadian nuna?
@@DesmondCheng thanks your response! Just wondering a few questions if you don’t mind! With the Nuna adapter do you still have to click both sides of the car seat to unlock it from the stroller? Whereas the uppababy is just the click from the top of the car seat handle. Are there any cons you have since owning the nuna pipa? And I’m in Canada too so also wondering where you bought your Nuna adaptor? We currently have the two side adaptors that line up with the cruz but we’re hoping the adaptor like yours makes it easier to unlock the car seat from the stroller… hope that made sense!
@@DatsFamily Hi! Once the adapter is in the stroller, taking the pipa in and out is very easy. There's just one button at the back of the car seat that you press to release it. Where in canada are you? I got mine from Ebay from a private seller. I don't think normal stores are 'allowed' to ship it to canada. The only con about the Pipa since owning it is that the crotch strap is a little bit short. I wish it was a couple inches longer. But a very minor thing. Other than that, no regrets!

So we’re definitely thinking about the adapter you have! And I’m in Toronto! Would you be able to link the seller? In regards to the crotch strap, did that affect how long you could’ve kept using the car seat? I’ve read a few reviews that children have outgrew the car seat due to the straps, although our daughter is expected to arrive on the smaller side lol

Hi Keila! That is correct, I had ZERO issues with the adapter. BUT I did purchase this in 2018... so the 2023 version might be slightly different. But if it supposed to be the same as 2018, then theoretically it should be fine!
