I did the flush this morning on a Saturday. I had no plans but to relax at home. I put water on a pot I waited for it to get warm not boiling hot. Added 2tbs of pink Himalayan salt and waited and stirred white the salt dissolved turn the heat off and squirted half a lemon. Put the mix in a large cup. Drank the whole thing. In about 30-1hr I went to the bathroom and just 💩💩💩 a lot!!!! I was amazed how much came out. Afterwards I did continue but it was just water coming out and I continued to drink water to flush out. I felt so much better less bloated.

One thing I would like to add here is, the salt that is used for the flush should be free of Iodine.
Iodine helps body absorb the salt and thus all the salt we drink gets absorbed and it will help put on weight.
So you use Himalayan pink salt or sea salt that does not have Iodine. All the salt you consume gets flushed and also there is considerable amount of weight loss

    • @CapTin0bvious

I use pink salt. But...does it work because non ionised salt prevents absorption, or is it that the significant electrolyte dose signals to the body that it can rid itself of the stuff in the colon that it was only hanging onto for the purposes of hopefully still "getting something useful out of it" due to previous electrolyte deficiency?

I’ve been doing this for 35 years whenever I got really backed up the first time I did it. I felt very determined to get un backed up and I think for the first time when it’s done, we are stimulating a lot of toxins so I felt negative emotions and my heart was pounding of not being sure of what I was doing, but the results were amazing when it was over, but I put back oranges, grapefruit lemons, I drank that squish juice dip and drank it and put back electrolytes. The way the book told us to do the book that’s called the master cleanse. It still sells in Health Food Store’s 35 years ago, I think it’s still there I’ve seen it when there’s no other alternative, it’s a wonderful thing

Into a gallon of water I add 1 teaspoon of salt/sodium cloride, 1 teaspoon of magnessium citrate, 1.5 teaspoon of pottasium citrate, 1/8 teaspoon of Borax, 1/64 teaspoon of zink citrate. Depending on the time of year Winter/Summer and activity level I drink 1/2 a gallon to 1 gallon of that water. I have been doing this for about 10 years. Sometimes I will reduce the sodium to 1/2 teaspoon and add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Sodium bicarb. It has been fantastic for my health! I started out with just a pinch of salt added to my water and as the experiment went on and my lab results and health improved the recipe grew to what it is today.
My Dad stopped the progress of his CKD and reversed it one stage and reduced joint pain by taking 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and a 1/4 teaspoon of Borax each night before bed in a 4oz glass of warm water. It also got rid of his constant constipation from many other medicines he takes.

FYI adding some potassium chloride (Nu-Salt or No-Salt powder found in any grocery stores) along with the sodium chloride (the pink sea salt) should accomplish the help with the electrolytes issue. This is what is in IVs to keep people stabilized in the hospital. I feel the doctor should've have added this in exact amounts to the video. I learned about this via the Snake Diet also found here on UA-cam.

If I consume to much sodium, as in foods high in sodium, my legs and feet swell, sometimes it's hard to get my shoes on. I have been told it's because the cells are not absorbing the water, and the sodium is keep water in the body. And I have read that using Celtic or Himalayan salt in drinking water will cause the cells to take in water, and pass it out the kidneys, and thus the swelling will go away.
But it's rather confusing as sodium is what causes the issue.

For someone who is prescribed opioids and lacks modality in the large intestine, I am unable to have a bowel movement without doing this. I usually drink to the 2 1/2 gallons of water a day. And I don’t have any of the symptoms. I’m just looking for someone who knows how to find some middleground on modality.
