@@mitsi_overland_adventures2691 hi mate glad you have caught up with the vids. The truck is coming along but it is a lot of work and a long way to go yet.
Gotta love the British summer. Baking hot sun. Ideal opportunity to do the sills on my Disco' 2. Cut all the rot out, started to weld new metal in. All going perfectly. 4 days of torrential rain. Hoping to get it finished tommorow but (at best) I'll probably be spending the entire morning trying not to set it on fire with a propane torch while I try to dry inside the sills before I finish the welding and then go nuts with the waxoyl. Anyway, best of luck with Heimdall. We've already seen you doing much bigger projects so this shouldn't be much of a drama... providing there aren't any surprises.
Hi mate...you really cannot plan for anything the way the weather is as i am doing the reply to you it is raining outside and i really need to do the welding but good luck with your sills.
hi Paul, just a word , keep the dog away from any antifreeze it is deadly to animals, and dogs lick it because it is sweet. LOVE THE VIDEOS. cheers Mick.
@@mickmorgan5104 hi mick…Yes I already know antifreeze is deadly to dogs and cats I am very careful to keep it away from any animals and make sure I always hose down any spills thanks for your concern glad you enjoyed the videos

Hi mate...it is a really good time to inspect everything whilst we are dismantling it and see if anything is worn....i think mechanically most of the stuff is good except for a few bushes and Teddy is back to his normal self now running round like a loon...thanks for your concern.
Hi...thanks for the info...through more luck than judgement i have mounted mine quite high up above the rear number plate plus the truck is really tall as well so should be ok at that.

The dash cam rear view mirror is ok except when car lights shine into the camera at night! Mounting the rear camera highish is useful. 👍🏻🙏🦘
