- The National Park Passport binder can be a little confusing so we explain it in further detail. We live full time in an RV and travel around the country. Along the way we love to visit national parks and monuments.

Thanks for watching Natural State Rebels.
Awesome video. I'm very OCDish about stuff. My wife and I discovered the Passport program in 2022 when we went to The Smokey Mountains. I wish i would've watched this beforehand. I didn't understand what the "cancelations" were so I have pages with the sticker on the cancelations box. Ugh. Lol. Thanks to your video I now understand. And I guess (sad lol) I need to go back to the Snokies to do it all over again....darn. lol
Glad to help. It was confusing to me and I knew others could use some advice on these passport books. Happy travels and thanks for watching & commenting.
Thank you for explaining the differences between the two books. I was just in the Wright Brothers National Monument in North Carolina and almost purchased one, but I wasn't sure about the differences. Wish I had seen your video before I went. Thanks for all the details you explained.
Glad to help. Happy travels!
Very interesting. I always wondered what people were stamping at the Visitor Centers. I like the big binder as well. Thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for the review. It helped a lot. Safe travels
Glad it helped. I wanted to make a video because I couldn't find very much information on them online. Thanks for watching and safe/happy travels.
Thank you! I’m a nerd too and will be buying colored pens to match like you did. 😂
Awesome 😁. Thanks for watching and commenting .
I like how you explain the passport book and the stamps in there. I bought a stamp series for a couple of years, but I find it difficult to peel off the sticker (assuming it's like a decal). Any idea?
Thank you. I wanted to make the video to help others because it's so confusing. No idea why the stickers you bought are difficult to peel. Some stickers seem to be more difficult than others. I wish they made all stickers with a split backing - those are so much easier to peel.
@@NaturalStateRebels That was very helpful. I was finally able to peel them :) Thanks a lot.
@@DushtuHulo You're welcome. Happy travels.
how do you get a sticker for a place you've visited? do you just have to wait until it comes out one year?
Often times there will be sticker sets you can buy at a national park visitor center. You can also buy them online. Every year they come out with a national park passport stamp set (stamps are actually stickers - confusing huh?). They sell them by regions of the country. Search online for 'national park passport stamp set'. You can find different sets from years in the past. They start in the 1980s. You can zoom in on the pics of the stamp (sticker) sets to see if the set includes the particular parks you need for your passport book.
@@NaturalStateRebels ok thanks, Seems like a PIA to find the correct sticker! With a lot of extra stickers lying around you don't really need. I wish they had a better system... just paying a $1 and being able to order/get the exact one you want!
@micheleroya We agree 100%. The government at work in all of its lack of wisdom. Complicating everything.
