    Hi Kelly. As a licensed marriage and family therapist it would be awesome if you could include us for CEU’s. Having CEU’s for menopause and impacts on mental health is another way to get the message out to more women.

    I was diagnosed with IC when I was about 25. Even had a cystoscopy. I had heparin bladder infusions and only got worse. My urologist wouldn't listen to me until one day I lost it at his office. Got a new urologist and he told me I didn't have IC. Thankfully I've been fine ever since. It was literally just some infection that took a good long while to get better. It was such a difficult period of my life. All the ER visits, catheter, self catheter ect .. I'm so glad I'm not dealing with that anymore.

    Dang! I missed my opportunity to ask how safe testosterone is for breast cancer survivors

    • @nicolemerz1731
      @nicolemerz1731 Місяць тому

      V e r y safe! Seems to be even protective: Read the papers by Dr Rebecca Glaser, MD.
      And if they do not prescribe you testosterone you surely know some man in your life with low (free) testosterone - men get easy access in online pharmacies and you just need a tenth or a 15th amount of their TESTOGEL sachet... But women have to start really low and then test blood levels to avoid superphysiological levels.
      T will also help so much with keeping/building muscle, improve sleep, anxiety, brain fog. But it might take a few weeks before the positive effects kick in...
      Best wishes to you and your healing journey from Germany 🇩🇪!!!💕

      Very SAFE it seems, might even be PROTECTIVE against recurrence! Read up on the papers of Dr. Rebecca Glaser, MD!

    I need recommendations that I can propose to my doctor. She put me on Premarin for vaginal
    Dryness and atrophy and it’s not working. It irritates my skin more. Can you recommend a better option for a vaginal cream/estrogen besides Premarin?

      You do know Premarin is made from horse urine? Why didn’t she five you generic estradiol cream?

      I would suggest local vaginal estriol (cream or pessaries or a ring for 3 months or INTRAROSA). Worked wonders for me - so so soothing ! Best wishes to you and your healing journey from Germany 🇩🇪

    Just wondering with the systemic dose being low and not always enough to help with all symptoms, why is it not allowed to give a higher dose when the estrogen is transdermal? Just as long as the estrogen is properly balanced with progesterone, what would be the problem if you have no contra indication?

      Every woman is different and some simply don't absorb well through the skin. Test levels, but why not slowly increase E2 until symptoms go away (4 pumps of Gynocadin gel are licensed anyway) when it is countered by progesterone responsibly!? Good doctors who are true experts would ... (listen to Dr Louise Newson for more info on that)...💪♀️
      Best wishes from Germany 🇩🇪

    I am in west australia love to be in sydney. But I went to my Dr claire Devine who suppose menopausal of the surgery. What a joke I shared your info without mentioning names along with Dr felice gersh knowledge. I asked if I could have estradiol creme instead of estriol. Along with some testorone since australua invented it. I am 69 but still have get up and go but I have weak pelvis runs in family, dryness and I ended up getting kicked out. She said you don't come in here asking me what you want. There is no data , YOUR TOO OLD and I have other patients to see. So that was the end of that. I will print out a copy of your event and send each dr a copy by snail mail. Thank you love your videos.

      Such a disgrace how this ignorant, misinformed doctor treated you 🧐😡🤬. You seem to be a powerful clever lady, so do NOT give up and get your HRT!!! And do not stop spreading the word! We will need an army of women to speak up against this misogynistic medicine!♀️♀️♀️
      Best wishes to you around the globe from Germany 🇩🇪 (Bavaria) 😘
