IM LITERALLY SO EXCITED FOR THE BLINDS BC IVE BEEN WANTING THEM TO BE ABLE TO BE LONGER DOWNWARDS AND NOW THEY CANNNN!!
You should make some futuristic furniture; like hover chairs, beds, lights, etc. Toggable Holographic stairs, and doors. Also futuristic devices; like hover cars, bikes, etc. Spaceships. Holographic maps connected to cameras around your base. Sleeping pods. Et cetera.
I thought the opposite, that is a medieval one.

The mod looks amazing so far, i'm so glad you're putting out the updates to download with every video
Also, for a future update, i was thinking on the Curtains, Picture frames and TV, for the curtains the same as the blinds, although i think that would be much harder because the withdrawn curtains would have to change depending on the height of the overall setup, and the Picture frames the ability to expand them by putting them one next to another, basically making them more customizable paintings, and perhaps for the TV, gif support, of course not large gifs, still using the 2MB limit, just to display simple loops on the screen to make it feel more like an actual TV.

This is really awesome! The new blinds look really cool! Although it's a shame you can't really see through them all that much. I can't wait for the curtains! Also, imagine how cool the ponds would look with modern sofas! Since the modern ones are made out of concrete, it would be really fitting.

I just had a quick idea for a new item may be a glass cabinet would be so cool for 1.14 and 1.12.2! also, you did say more devices would be added to the device mod right? I just wanted to know have you stopped working on it? because it would be cool to have like a phone an iPad maybe a bit farfetched but a VR headset? Just a suggestion keep it up!!!

OOH, IDEA!!! Wood variants for the sofas (and stripped) for the legs, to match other wood types in a small way.
Also, build idea: A 2x2 of waterlogged corner sofas above ground to make a hot tub (maybe hide campfires underneath for a steam effect)

You should make a ottoman as well like the same texture as the sofa but there is no back part to it.
You should also make the blinds come all the way up if you can do it. I really hope you add curtains too!

The furniture mod already exist in 1.12.2 he's updating the mod for 1.14. If you asking about making the same models in 1.12.2 then i have to tell you its almost impossible. Its an older version so you couldn't create things then as you can now.

@@JoseReyes-lv3wx Most of the mods were made to 1.12.2 there are verry few mods existing to 1.12. If he's not going to make improvements in his 1.12.2 version, he's not going to make a 1.12 version. I highly suggets to you that you should use 1.12.2 instead of 1.12 because 1.12.2 has more mods and it has a lot of bugs fixed in it.

I wish this can be for 1.12.2 bc I can’t play 1.14.4 with mods. It doesn’t load at all or it’s stuck in the middle of loading and that’s just with forge :(

I think it would be cool for the sofa if you could add like variants for the concrete as the wooden part? Idk maybe it’s too many items to add (different wools with different concrete) but it would be awesome

Another thing you could do to further improve the blinds is make them connectable to a light switch. It would make them less of a chore whenever you wanted to open or close them.

I kinda just had a thought of what the sofas could be used for when you "abuse" them as you say, you could use them in a western kinda setting as horse troths. however you spell that word.
Would be amazing if the blinds could be lifted up completely with a lever or something similar. Maybe have a second version that incorporates string to allow for them to be drawn up.
Honestly I think you should either either add stone and Smooth stone blinds or iron blinds, because despite not working in a wooden building it works in a more modern shop building to show its “closed”

It might be too hard but it would be so cool if we could have different wood variants of the sofas. Eg. a red sofa with acacia legs or a white sofa with stripped oak legs. Love the new mod soooo much it looks awesome Cray keep up the good work!

Idea, you should make some furniture appear naturally in villages, after all, now the villagers are smart enough to have good taste in home decoration
Unfortunately not possible right now. Villages aren't coded in a way that allows modders to add new buildings.
