Clean Paleo family cookbook (by Ashley McCrary) has a keto brownie recipe that my entire family loved. The recipe is shown on the Amazon photos for the book :) And I try to eat low carb so more LC recipes would be great!

Kim, try using an 8 cup measuring cup to mix your pancake batter in and then pour the batter onto a VERY HOT griddle. The pancakes don't get scorched that way, just golden. Arlene
