Wow! This explains my highly successful ENFP daughter who is navigating this Si vs Ne dance. Some people think she's a J type because she put her education and occupation at a higher priority. this has really shifted my perspective! I have a strong tendency to get invested in wanting to do something, find absolutely every resource out there related to it, then narrowing it completely down and making it all applicable, my focus on refining refining refining had me wondering at moments whether that's truly Ne, which is typically expand expand expand, but now I see it was just my Si rising up to meet the challenge my Ne is posing,, and if my Si can do that then it can help me stay consistent and disciplined too hopefully :') thank you for being such an advocate for us :)
hahaha i wanted to go to the moon but i chose the wrong subject, assuming when i was 15 they'd need geologists. when i applied for an astronaut position they wanted medical people. what was amazing is that the person who got the job, roberta bondar, was teaching at the same college as i was. i had even got a phd in astonomy and physics and emigrated to north america. no regrets i had a blast and always enjoy being a maverick generalist, being ahead of my time, and could NEVER have fit into the military!
I saw the thumbnail and thought it was hilarious because imagine if it was a green screen, then they'd just be a floating head and hands hahaha. To add an extra layer, the thumbnail on one of the next videos to watch is of a person in green and it says 10 Secrets About ENFP & ENTP Extroverted Intuition. Green is the Ne power color.
