I think the waist inch loss might have been due to you being bloated when you first measured. Losing 1-2 inches in 7 days can’t be right? But go you for doing an hour a day!

I've been doing stair master for an hour too its a killer but the problem w me is i eat toooooo much lmao so i don't think ill lose weight
Thank you ! i would usually be between level 6-12 but it did take me a while to be able to consistently be at that level. If i really needed to i would go slower just listen to your body(:

I've started doing the stairmaster for 45 minutes on the smaller machine now I'm tryna master doing 40-45 on the larger stairmaster

They keep the gym pretty cold with fan constantly blowing so that helps a lot 😊
