    I see a big difference in your face in a week! But honestly I love that you eat healthy foods AND some treats, and you aren’t counting calories. I know that can work for some people, or for periods of time, but… yeah, the trend to become obsessive is real😟.
    The most important thing is our basic health metrics, having muscle, and moderating our mental health. I just love your channel, and as always love seeing the cityscape. 💫

    just found your channel.. so interesting to see a french first name and english last name ! so curious so see how your first name is pronounced ! will give your channel a follow from another province xxx

      hehehe yes!!!! My parents named me after a beauty pageant girl! My first name can be pronounced 2 different ways: bl-an-che or the french way would be bl-on-ch. Since im in Ontario, most people pronounce it without the accent. it makes me feel fancy when they do tho hehe. and thank you so much!!! greetings from ontario 😋💌

    if you're not confident with yourself how do you feel confident wearing sports bras, crop tops and biker shorts in public? Typing this out I realize it sounds rude. That's not how I wish to come off (because I see no reason why you shouldn't feel confident but I know it's a personal thing). I am asking because I am not confident in my body (I think ours are kinda similar just based on your vids and nothin else) but I feel soooo uncomfortable when wearing that out in public when going for a walk or going to the gym. Like I don't let myself because I would just have anxiety the whole time

      hiii. this didn't come off as rude! I read it as a valid question. tbh, it took me a couple years to feel confident enough to wear a sports bra at the gym, let alone walking around the streets in toronto. the first thing i started to do was wear it in private spaces (ex. home, women's only section at the gym, room) and build from there.
      body dysmorphia is a real thing. every one experiences it. If you have anxiety when you're showing off your body, i would start from the internal work / self reflection. for example, whenever you feel anxious ask yourself why? am i in physical danger? try and discover the root of your anxiety. positive self talk and journaling has helped me tremendously when it came to practicing positive self talk. Once you've practiced that and you feel like you're in a good space, i would maybe start showing off your body slowly. For example, wear shirts instead of long sleeves or cropped leggings instead of the full length ones.
      it does take time to feel 100% about your body. how you feel is ever changing as well, but its important to be grateful for the body that we have and how it takes care of us in so many ways. there's more to the physical/external side of things!!
