People who have never been in good shape don't know what they're missing out on. Looks are a really nice by-product but life is so much easier and more enjoyable when you're fit and healthy. Whenever I've become lazy and out of shape the first thing I notice is how hard every day life feels in comparison.
@@ColinHJS Man I don't want to be disrespectful but please get a hair transplant , you'll look so much better. with the physique like that you'll look so great.
Getting jacked changed my life alot , to make a long story short, years ago I went through a deep depression which I was very underweight and unattractive . My depression was so bad I thought of killing myself because I hated me , even most people didn't respect me maybe because I was so frail . Later on after recovering from my depression I got back in the gym changed my diet with time I started noticing a different within myself I was getting bigger , stronger and better looking . My girlfriend left me in 2020 so I used that as motivation to intensify my workout and that did me some good 😃 , back in the day I was around 149 lbs as of today I’m 196 💪🏾 . Being jacked is so much better than being frail .
Gym is one form of respect you give your body, but how you fuel it is so important to, this is why as hard as you push in the gym, you must use that drive to also eat well
It changes mine, i was skinny af , my body was like a kid body till my 25 years old ,now im 35 and finaly i look good thanks to the gym.. i dont know why i didnt this in my 20 🤦♂️
Couldn't be more true. Ever since I started doing calisthenics I've noticed more people respect me and I actually draw more attention, not just of opposite sex. You almost feel like a main character and not an NPC ;p
James I agree. Being in shape helps. If anything, it shows that you are disciplined and work towards a goal. Couple it with brains and humility as well.
I workout once a week. And at 61 ive never had an injury beyond a minor strain. And that was from not warming up in the cold. 99% of men overtrain this is a fact. And people ask me how ive lasted so long. And I tell them RESPECT THE BODIES RECOVERY PROCESS. Its that simple. But the thing few ever do...

How old are you?
29
What % body fat are you brother?
Maybe around 10-12%, but that‘s just a guess😎

No it wont im twice your size and lean no one cares about it
Props to you brother, I care💪 Keep it up
blah blah blah
getting jacked will not change anyones life. you are living your life with your brain, not with your abs, and biceps
I live mine with my abs and biceps, seems to be working quite well :)
no it doesnt
Yes it absolutely does.
guess it’s time to get more jacked ;)
Not with that attitude 😂
but youre not jacked.
