have you tryed doing more volume (+12 sets per week, like +6 per workout 2x a week) and eating 2x your weight (in kg ) of protein (in grams)? And instead of doing normal cardio do HIIT 2x a week(it will spike your GH). that can help growing a bigger back. note: don't skip leg day and do deadlifts 3 set a week

4000? Holy fuck!! I currently am on a hybrif split with am cardio and early afternoon lifting and i estimate my maintenance at 3000 or so. How did you manage to have such a hugh intake without gaining alot of fat?
10 working sets past failure twice a week?
2 sets of pullovers to failure. The remaining 8 are close to failure👍🏼 The back is a large muscle group that can handle more volume than chest for example. At least mine can... haha

Great video as always! How do you not end up overtraing? Especially training while feeling sick? I have the feeling when i push through these things my body crashes, gets even more sick and cant sleep etc..
Appreciate it bro! I took 2-3 days off and felt better after that. If you're sick just start working out when your energy is more or less back. The first 2-3 workouts are probably not gonna be the greatest, just have to ease back into it haha. If in doubt, rest for another day💪

would it be better to hit biceps then triceps, or to alternate them, like in the video?
You can do both but the triceps is the bigger muscle of the two so I'd start with those👍🏼

The flies are just for the feel. You don’t really need them at the end. Just add reps to the others. 10-12 reps bot included warm up
I get a deeper stretch on the flying movements. If you can get that on the pressing movements and it feels better for you, keep at it🦾😎

3 working sets, 2-3 warm up sets💪
If one was totally minimalistic one could just do incline benchpress(dumbell, barbell) and flies. A lot of effort in those two and cup size increase guaranteed ;)
