Hey I have a question thats not related to this, I'm using the Redragon headphones but I cant seem to find it on the recordings tab in the sound control panel, is there anyway I can fix this? I'm using a Dell Latitude 7290 laptop.

first try the headphones with a different device to see if the microphone works. if it doesn't then obviously that's a broken headphone mic. if it works then this has something to do with your pc's audio driver, try to update it

@@MacCoyzkie okay thanks, whenever I try and go into safe mode, my pc crashes and it won’t let me enter safe mode. I just ended up taking it to Best Buy and getting it fixed. Thanks for the help!
