    Thank you Doctor, will definitely take your advice as I’m suffering from a complex skin disease , very debilitating and very painful and distressing. My dermatologist could not treat me with immunosuppressant as they discovered some shadows on my lungs and given that a recent histology on a nasal polyp revealed Aspergillosis. I had also suffered from chronic sinus , post nasal drip for a very long time preceding removal of a very infected polyp. At the present time I have no treatment at all for the lung problem….was just wondering if my condition could be related to microbiome. I have no severe symptoms of lung disease, do you think my dermatology problem would respond to immunosuppressant? One the haematoglogist recently tested my blood and said I hat I did not have low immunity. I feel totally confused.
    I appreciate if you could she some light on this matter. Many thanks.

    Hi, I looked up the word acromancia but couln't find it. I'm Dutch by the way. I'm COPD GOLD 4 and am taking structurally acitromicyne 250 mg, 3 times a week. Question doctor, is apple cider venegar an option for me?

      My Father is 90 years old and has COPD. He is on Oxygen. He has been drinking organic green tea 2x a day, 2 tablespoonful (1 in the am and 1 in the PM mixed in water) of Bragg Mother organic Apple cider vinegar, half a lemon squeezed in water and 1 teaspoon of organic turmeric (anti-inflammatory) mixed with his food. He also, eats wild sockeye salmon (4-6 ounces) 3times a week with his veges. He takes Ultra Flora probiotic and vitamin C daily. After 45-60 days, he no longer takes any of his COPD medication, able to breathe feeling lungs are open and free. He doesn't want to stop this regimen moving forward. I think it is about inflammation in the body that hurts us.

It all depend on how much the company want to spend on good advertisement. So I take what I hear, now, as a grain of salt! Eat organic Cruciferous vegetables. Limit the amount of protein you eat. If you do decide to eat protein eat a fatty fish high in a omega 3 like sardines of salmon. And practice intermittent fasting where you eat one meal a day or one meal every other day. Also, do at least one 48 hour fast per week.

    Can you talk about buckwheat?

    • @ThuLe-eh1xe
      @ThuLe-eh1xe 2 роки тому

      I have been eating buckwheat instead of rice for a year because rice has arsenic in the soil that can cause cancer. They said that buckwheat strengthen blood vessels, lower blood sugar.
      But I just read the chinese medicine book of Paul pitchford HEALING WITH WHOLE FOOD, he said that buckwheat is warming food, can cause dizziness.
      Each person say different thing.
      But I think Chinese medicine is wise.
      Millet is cooling. Most of us nowadays have stress and should eat cooling food.
      I guess beans has lot of fiber and healthy. But too much beans cause gain weight.
      So, eat everything in moderation.
