Awesome video as always RoadRash. The Big Frog Loop has such amazing views around every corner. Thanks for letting us ride along with you on your adventures.
Always Chris.... I can't wait until you can come up and do this trail with us. you will love it. I am planning on coming down to FL (maybe in Nov) to do the FAT. you may not be able to do the entire FAT with me but maybe parts of it?
the Big Frog Loop in the Fall is PERFECT..... that's the best time to visit in my opinion. you will LOVE it. I will likely go back up and do it again in Fall
thank you Papaw Grandma... This is the Cohutta wilderness, one of the most beautiful places in the North Georgia Mountains (in my opinion). Lots of great camping and lots of great exploring.
@@RoadRashOffRoad we are thinking around thanksgiving week, we are going to do the Georgia adventure trail from Florida, then go mess around everywhere else. That will be our first trip with the roof top tent, should be interesting.
Thank you Eric. like so many things, it is a journey for sure but I feel we are to the point we can be totally self sustainable in the RR Jeep for long periods of time with no problems.
What motorized running boards do you have on your rig? I was wondering about putting them on my truck because of creek crossings. AMP brand does not recommend getting them wet.
These are the E1’s by GoRhino, sold on the RealTruck.com website. Technically, all of these are by AMP but rebranded by everyone. I have been through a lot of deep water crossings and never had an issue with water. However I have ripped them off before during a harder rock crawling trip. I went over some taller rocks and the jeep came down onto the motor (which hangs down below the body of the jeep). Completely ripped one of the running boards off the jeep. GoRhino replaced the motor for me (partly because I am an ambassador for them). For everyday use and overlanding, these are perfect and work flawless. My wife (who is 5’2”) loves them. But these are not made for EXTREME off roaders. They do not protect the rig and do not support the weight of the rig like rock sliders.

Such fantastic terrain over there! I've got to come over one day. Simply amazing
I completely agree. It is so beautiful. You should defiantly explore North Georgia and the Cohutta. You won't be disappointed.
Gonna do the upper Frog loop in the fall to finish out the GA Traverse, looks great.

@@RoadRashOffRoad we’ve done about 600 miles of, it’s pretty fun, definitely. A lot of sugar sand.
The RR setup is looking good.
