This is so great! I would love to see you interview THOMAS TADLOCK and his wife DR. BROOKE GOLDER! They are heavy on the science as it pertains to metabolism, cell nourishment, and healing the body!!! ❤❤❤
Can someone help me understand how humans are made to ingest dairy? I’m not taking about ethically, but instead biologically. This is milk for a baby cow quite literally. I’ve always wondered if it was healthy or inflammatory. I’ve heard so many mixed ideas.
But there is coconut oil on the table? Wow! You lost me there. I’d rather have quality seed oil than coconut oil or butter. I’m not scared of all saturated fat but less is better for me. Even beef can be really lean but no reason for me to consume butter and especially coconut oil. Coconut oil is extremely high in saturated fat. It’s not hard to get enough fiber in my diet. Beans or lentils with veggies and lean animal proteins (eggs, salmon, sardines, chicken, lean turkey of beef, etc) at meals. Beans and veggies feed my good bacteria. I don’t need probiotic rich foods. High intake of fermented foods has some pretty negative outcomes in some research I found. Most canned beans have some salt added unless you get extremely expensive canned beans. Some have less than others but doesn’t have to be a bad thing if rinsed and adjudged for in how much salted is added in the meal. No thank you on the flax, makes my endometriosis worse for me. Just like soy and dairy. Diets high in hemp protein shows reduced bone density. I need to research it further. Protein powders can be high in heavy metals. I am staying away from organic though. It’s more often sprayed with heavy metals like copper versus conventional. Garlic is good for heavy metals at least. A vegan diet would need more than just this combo of foods. High enough doses of b12 and other things are required. Vegan and keto are both extremes and know people who got worse on both. There are people who have become diabetic on keto even, probably screwed up their metabolism. But I also know people who become diabetic and less healthy eating vegan. There are bio available nutrients in lean animal proteins among other things. Smoothies are not supposed to be as good for blood sugar versus just eating fruit whole.

Thank you for the great feedback, Tenecia. We will add them to our list for future programs.
