I freaking love cheap guitars. The greatest recent innovation in guitars is how good cheap ones have gotten. In the corner, is my heavily modded Harley Benton, with a piezo Floyd rose, two handmade copies of the EVH USA Wolfgang pickups w/ series parallel and single coil controls for each, a tone vise (an improved version of the d tuna), and improved springs and locking nut. It’s both amazing and depressing, because I have almost no reason to buy another guitar. In tandem with my HX Stomp it does everything really well.
Yeah cheap guitars have come a longgg way and I prefer playing my cheapos as well. I got an expensive guitar as a gift and I almost never play it because of worrying about banging it up and lowering its value.
Im 39 and looking at a PRS for my first ever 😂😂😂 I was around for the dino craze in the 90s! 😂😂😂
Now I remeber why I sold my tele lmaooo
Damn, I thought I was 22yo but he just helped me realize that I'm muuuuch older.
Jokes on you. I play Schecter and I am Caffeine-free.
me and my fellow starcaster players have been spared
Im a gibson les paul player and im confirmed as a 15 years old boy i am old
Schecter, Tele, & Ibanez were all spot on but PRS was a miss lol
Sounds like you play PRS haha
I’m not old lol
@@carazy123_ Doesn't mean that there isnt a stereotype about PRS players and that what he said is very much accurate.
It's just light hearted humor, I play a Strat and I'm not old either but there sure are a lot of old Strat players..
also ye the Schecter and Ibanez one were just bullseyes lol
@@daggercatz7297 fair enough
agreed, however the rich part was spot on, why are PRS guitars so expensive??
That was awesome you nailed a telecaster for sure😮
"IM BUDDY HOLLY OLD ALRIGHT!"
I play 2 electrics, mainly. The first is a Gibson Midtown. The second, is a recreation of the my original $200 Ibanez Talman from 1995 that I remade with the best parts I could find or make for around ten times what I paid for the original guitar. It's pretty sweet, and I'm happy to demonstrate the two side by side or make you same sort of copy of your original guitar if anyone's interested. Rock on, Shred-heads.
I also play a Joe Pass Emperor II Pro sometimes, but it's almost an acoustic with how it plays and sounds. Hell of an instrument, though.
Damn that's just unfortunate. Pantera has songs about anti racism and attacking radicalism and dime is dead, let's not call him a racist even if it's a joke. The dude was and always will be a legend
Dime was a good friend of mine... and I did not look like him... we just shared the same tastes in metal... oh and by the way... I'm black.
So this post is ignorant or just uninformed
Besides... this is the internet and its safe to say anything you want.
No matter how insensitive it is without repercussions.
Dime was not a Saint but an angry or hateful man he was not.
@@chyosukeful exactly and the man wasn't alloted any time to become a Saint in his later life because of a senseless tragedy. This video is just sad to see
@@trystenryder Dime would have given the shirt off his back if you needed help... didn't matter what color you were
@@chyosukeful he seemed like the type to do that from all the candid videos and little behind the scenes videos I've watched. I think all the BS with Phil and the stuff he's done recently contributes to a bad name as well and overall its just sad to see that dimebag is viewed in that light. Even if he did have room to grow as a person and he said some out of pocket things he didn't have the opportunity to correct his mistakes, he was taken so young. It's just overall sad
