The Fender sounded to grungy.
Basically sounds all the same but of all the sames the Fender still sounded the worst
I liked the PRS 24 and Gibson LP
o my lord the gibson sounds straight from heaven
PRS suena mejor
"oh that shit is so good"
"oh that shit is so good"
"oh that shit is so good"
"oh that shit is so good"
“Ahh yeah this is how it sounds”
“No this is the original”
“Wait this was the original sound for sure”
“Wait maybe this was the original”
Same lol😂😂
Lmao EXACTLY to both of you gents 😂😂
I would turn the second "oh that shit is so good" into "oh that shit sounds better"
LES PAUL !!!!!!!!!!
I’m a Gibson guy, but that PRS sounds the best in my ears on this particular song.
i am also a Gibson guy, but that PRS won my ears.
Agreed 🔥
I picked it too, I thought the PRS would be closer to the mass of an SG than any of the others.
Closest to that devils guitar Angus uses maybe 🤔He used a Les Paul Gibson to play ACDC wtf😮
Yep, agreed. Was waiting to hear the LP first before I made a decision but that PRS sounded great.
I’m pleasantly surprised at the Fender’s evil growl. Good stuff.
I grew up on the Fender Strat. In 2020, I decided to buy a Gibson Les Paul to shake things up and because I was a huge Steve Clark and ACDC fan, thought Id try their instrument. I loved the heaviness to the tone of the Gibson but it just wasn't for me. I have a 2019 Ultra Strat that can get just as nasty, but doesn't have the creaminess of the LP.
Growl, sounds like it’s played through a tin can.
Growl? It has the weaker sound of the four!.. Please, leave it at personal taste.
The strat & the gibson sounded best to me.
I loved the definition of the low notes on the Suhr, really goes through the mix very well
That PRS is sounding very good for that riff.
strat is way better
@Tasmanaut There's no way, that PRS was clean
@@Soadownz45literally tho the stray had way too much noise
Thats why you dont use the bridge mic with dist. for chords on strat... @@Wth969
@@Tasmanautway to trebly theirs no bottom end
That PRS played like an ice cold lager on a hot day.
I like the warmth and subtlety of the Les Paulm
I have a Custom 24 and when he started playing the riff on it I instantly smiled in recognition. I'd know that bridge pickup anywhere 😍
I agree and I don't even drink😂
😂
saya setuju dengan anda, PRS lebih pas untuk tipikal nada seperti itu
That Les Paul is doing something that non of the others comes close to.
Sounding bad?
nah, I'm just messing with you. I thought the Gibson sounded better than the PRS and the Suhr, and as good as the strat. Just my opinion.
Bollocks
Too fuzzed out for me,the PRS has the same grit but is more articulate.
@@raoulduke344 I’m always the odd man out loving that ol’ Les Paul. You’re likely right but love is such a simple thing. Those old Gibsons have a sweet cry that make me smile.
@@timsmusic7349Me too my friend me too.💜🎸🎶
To me, for this short run, absolutely the Suhr if I'm getting real picky, but they all sound good in their own way
Oooh that PRS sounded gorgeous
Yes; but Gibsons are RICHER… .
Да!

@@ElmeromeroVerdulero-qz7vpthis guy is Brazilian and speak Brasilês with this gringo
KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
It really stood out on the walk for me. It was closest, in my opinion, to the original SG sound on that lick.
Did not expect the PRS to slay everything
it does in quality too
Need a wall of Super Lead stacks just to make sure.
it’s a piece of crap lol
@@Hiro.the.God.how
@@Hiro.the.God. Alright, Mr. Guitar Connaisseur God, calm tf down. lol
There is just something about the godamn Les Paul that hits me right in the feels every single time.
normally i'm a humbucker guy. but those single coils sound GORGEOUS! fender wins
That PRS sounds awesome 😎.
Definitely it's the best sound
Мне больше fender понравился
The PRS and Gibson for me.
yeah for zoomers
nothing can beat how dense a Gibson sounds
It’s the beast to Fender’s beauty.
1 Axe Fx and any guitar can sound like anything.
@@musiclearner8634 I don´t think so.
stomp boxes are trash. @@musiclearner8634
Gibson is shit
Careful, you're rushing, especially on the Suhr.... this is the genius of Malcolm and Angus, simple songs that are actually quite hard to get precisely right.
cause it demands the speed lol
Thanks for actually playing this song correctly. Bugs me so much when people dont
They all sound incredible but man the midrange on that Suhr. Good lord.
definitely
I'm not a guitar player but that PRS sounds killer.
Suena más al original
@@abrahammorales2994 lo mismo pienso yo.
I love this kind of content. For me, it's Gibson, Suhr, Fender and PRS.
all sound pretty good, but that '64 Strat just captures the original sound with the emotions like none of the others.
That PRS sounded MEAN 💜
damn that fender sounded so raw!
Too highly frequences... maybe is more down, sound like that another guitars..
Fender sounded awesome!!! The other 3 all sounded somewhat muffled some worse than others!!!
64 strat
It's all about the pick ups...

Bro the guitar is amazing for real, I have a prs custom 24 and it plays incredibly. Definitely worth the price if you think about buying one
@@josip234 im between that and a jazzmaster as of right now. About the same price for a fender american. I only tried a PRS SE and the felt a bit wide. Is this the same on the custom??
The suhr is surprisingly the cleanest. Its clarity is amazing
Yeah, another win for #3. I’m no expert, but it sounds the best.
For a song that's muddy.
@@Bat_Boy You’re no expert!!
Yes sir. You got that right.
Definitely not going for clarity in this song.
PRS Custom 24 🤘
Oohhhh the PSR woke me right up! I want one but can't afford it. And I don't play enough anymore to even deserve it! ❤❤❤
I think the Suhr sounded to best. Very balanced and full.
I liked the SUHR the least, i think the PRS sounded the best followed by the Gibson.
PRS kicked 1:1 to orginal
Agreed
I think Suhr, PRS, Fender, Gibson. But the Fender is single coil and hurt my ears lol
Yeah
I'm usually a fender gal but that PRS sounds so saucey I love it
PRS hell yah. 🤘😝
Saucy; good word ❤
Fender is like "Funk in Black" hahaha🤘
"it sounds like a guitar"
"it sounds like a guitar"
"it sounds like a guitar"
"it sounds like a guitar"
I love how the PRS sounds
Best manufacturer in the guitar game.
PRS sounds the most generic.
Fender has too much attitude, sounds kinda dirty. Wrong song to show off the fender.
Gibson is the correct sound for this song and also the best sounding humbucker guitar.
Suhr sounds clean and modern like the PRS, but it has more attitude so I would give Suhr a win over PRS.
However at the end of the day, 3 of these are custom shop guitars, one isn’t (PRS), so I need to give PRS credit because their S2, Core, Custom lines sound so similar.
That prs sounded full and hit all of the song's potential range.
It was a well done comp btw.
Prs sounded clean and warm but not too muddy.
Yesss dude I recently bought a PRS SE custom 24-08 and it’s literally so amazing. A lot cheaper than my tele but I lowkey like it more haha
The PRS definitely has the most well rounded sound for this riff
Are you deaf?
Yup. It is ABSOLUTELY smoking it!
I agree
Thank god someone who isn’t on the Gibson bandwagon. They’re so overrated, prs is much more intricate and well designed
I agree
That stunning Schecter Custom 24 gets my vote. ☑ ☑
Also, the SUHR has a nice attack. A little less reverb - midrange and boom... It might just... idk. 🤷♂️
ROcK oN SiR. RoCk ON!!
Schecter?
@@raoulduke344 Epiphone* LoL
Seeing this song played on a strat kinda made me wince😂
That 1964 Fender was spot on! Not muffled…
nada haver com o original, apenas seu gosto pessoal
Interessante… como leigo e pro meu gosto as outras parecem ovos mexidos.
Yes the Fender is cleaner. They are all suited for the Job m
I'm not a muiscian but I thought the Fender had a better raw sound while the second two were very similar and the Les Paul was richer again, but like you said...sort of Muffled or dampened in some way as all were compared to number one.
Yes I was trying to think of the right word. Not muffled it is. I prefer it.
I like the PRS the best. Have wanted one for 22 years
Fender and Suhr for me, but all sound just beautiful.
This was awesome, i always wondered what the 'real' difference is between different electric guitars, but this demonstration was perfect. Clearly hear the subtle changes in tone
The fender sounds so alive , absolutely amazing.
They all sound like an SG to me. Maybe through a Super Lead amp.
Agreed
You just love how single coil sounds.
Strat
@@BukanIbuMu Sure, and there ain't nothin' wrong with that. Personally, same! It has a bite to it, a little more definition. Humbuckers always feel a little fuzzy to me, kinda blurs it together a little and it loses definition. A much warmer tone but never enough crunch for me.
There are so many different aspects to guitar tone though, and so many myths too; Jim Lil does an incredible job investigating, mythbusting, and demystifying guitar tone. Highly recommend his vids.
The PRS just spoke to me.
i know right? best tone IMO

Thumbs up for all four of them. I'll take them all😊
Bro, that is so awesome. I have always wanted to play back in black on electric guitar
Man, that 64 strat was raw! Love it ❤
"custom" 64. It's not a real 64 from my understanding. It's made to look like a 64
Well said.
That PRS custom sounds really lively.
The Fender sounds like garbage for that song.
I like how he points at it before he plays it
That crispness of the fender damn
Scooped mids baby!
I MEAN, the original song wasnt recorded on a custom shop Fender, but that 64 growls crisp and VIOLENTLY.
That fender had a humbucker...right?
@@kiezersosay49don't think so lol
@@kiezersosay49 actually, back in black was recorded on a Gibson Sg, and a Gretsch (which had humbuckers), so idk where's the humbucker Fender you are asking about 😂.
Gibson sounds best for me
@@TheFoxx82 that's my number 2 but somehow the single coils work for this really well 😂
Gibson is very filling...but fender sounds a little more dirty...both good
Fender one sounded best
It’s crazy how good the prs sounded
The only difference I’m hearing is my wallet screaming in pain
Yep, ill take two of each please!
the sound on the fender was sharper than the rest
not using a SG for an AC/DC song is a crime
ACDC rhythm riffs were played by Malcolm Young on a Gretsch
@@thornwivans fuck yes they were. Gotta love those filtertrons
SG or Gretsch. Nothing else@@thornwivans
I agree
ACDC rhythm riffs were played by both a Gretsch and an SG
They all sound great but the Gibson has the most fitting sound to me for this particular song.
Because the original song was made with a gibson sg
Most fitting? Yeah, but theres some thing about the way the Strat pushes the amp, with an extra sharp bite that i just love
Lol exactly 💯
Gibso + Fender custom (close second. arguably some probably would say better)
Interestingly enough I thought the PRS sounds closer to the SG.
I pick the Strat !
But what would have sound sick would be a 60s Telly black guard..
Gotta give it up to the Suhr. Sounded awesome. Just enough of the strat twang without being too much
I gotta give this 1 to PRS.
It's the worst out of the humbuckers for me, sounds dead when hitting the chords

PRS sounds the best to me as well. Then Gibson.

The PRS sounded gorgeous
That PRS has beautiful mids
Opeth band uses this guitar 🎸❤

PRS 24 for me!🌊💙💜😎
Number 2... Sounds great, it has the best tone..
PRS custom 24 I like the most.
As a Gibson guy, the crunch of fender really blew my mind
Yeah same
Just put whatever pickups you want in the guitar, nothing else really changes the tone it's all marketing. Feel free to do research, it's been done and proven the body, neck, electronics (besides pickup) don't matter at all for tone

PRS and Les Paul sounded absolute godly
And almost identical
The fender put me in the best mood, Gibson does something next level the others never will, the prs sounds clean af, the suhr sounds cool and the pick ups are pretty hot I dig that

This video just shows that for the listener it doesn’t matter what you’re using. They sounded the same to me and anybody listening to this or listening to your music they don’t care what kind of guitar you are using
As a LP owner, I should like that the most, I guess, but in truth they all sound good, albeit in slightly different ways.
I know the Strat isn’t the same sound but I am really digging that twang.

Fender's got the clearest sound
Actually I think that for that specific song the Gibson is the best
the Fender is too Twangy, The PRS custom is too Thumpy, the Suhr is too light
Gibson only sounds like that song.
I didn't mean the sound in the context. Just the sound.
that's why people like single coils
Love the Spank of the Fender. PRS sounds exceptionally good...... Gibson sounds chunky gives that classic aggressive rock feel. Suhr just lacks what the rest of the three uniquely have.... In my Opinion.
Suhr. I own a modern custom and it nails the tone perfectly.
All were sweet. 64 strat was my favorite.
The Gibson Les Paul sounds beautiful.
