Heat Stroke & Stroke Survivor! In May of 2018, I was experiencing headaches and blurry vision. I attended a concert (morning, afternoon, evening… hot, hot, and hot… above 103 degrees) and suffered a HEAT STROKE. The following week my headaches and blurry vision got worse. I suffered THREE STROKES that week. I was diagnosed with a left internal carotid artery occlusion, and I was in the hospital for 2 months. I could have lost my life, but thankfully I am here today! When I got home, I could not walk or talk. I am continuing to heal and improve.
I know it may sound stupid, but greek yoghurt works the best for me. In Balkan everybody puts greek yoghurt on their sunburns and it really helps. I am now sunburned and i tried aloe vera and after sun cream and nothing hellped me or cooled me like greek yoghurt.

I have seen some patients had the misconception of putting vaseline on the areas of skin that have sunburn. However, this may make things worse as the vaseline blocks in the heat
I have sunburn on my face because of a mask, it doesn't hurt but it's very ugly and i school after summer break can give me some tips to get rid of it.
