Hello Madam Bonsai,, absolutely fantastic demonstration ❤, you are such a natural ,you are a beautiful person, really nice work & explaining every aspect of making a bonsai, beautiful video, much love Greg-Bonsai Haven ❤❤❤
That is an excellent demonstration for setting up a simple group planting. And really good point aout dangers of over mossing your trees. Thankfully in the UK the birds keep the moss off my trees!
Beautiful composition and congratulations for your way of communicating your experience. I hope to see this grove again in a future video, so that I can appreciate its development and its beauty grow over time. Greetings from Italy . Gianni . Bella composizione e complimenti per il tuo modo di comunicare la tua esperienza . Spero di rivedere questo boschetto in un prossimo video , così da poter apprezzare il suo sviluppo e la sua bellezza crescere nel tempo . Saluti dall'Italia . Gianni .
Hi Anne, this is such a great demonstration, very informative and makes so much sense about leaning the trees in the direction of the sun etc. very very helpful, thank you. ❤

Hi Ann, thank you for this instructional video. You make such good sense... very easy to follow. I hope one day that you might be able to show how to include rocks etc to make a landscape. Do I need to wait for Spring to put a forest together? Julie
@MadamBonsai2023 Dear Ann. I understand winter there, but it is summer here in Denver, CO, USA. Some here say submerge watering is better than spray, so I was curious what you think since your forest is new planting? I want to do forest planting with maples seedlings. Thank you.
Also if you do young trees please keep it always from direct Sun light and wind for 2 weeks But best to do them when your maple resting For best results
Thank you Ann for your accurate reply. Sun, wind and recent hail storm have ruined some of the seedlings. I will have to start over. I appreciate your comments, very helpful. Best regards!!
Why do you take the soil off your moss? Is that to get rid of the possibility of introducing Insect eggs into the potting soil? I have noticed that white Flys tend to lay eggs in the Layer of soil beneath my moss so that's my guess.

Hi there if you do it in summer please put your pot in a water container for few mins
Or give a good show flow water thru
Then after 3days do it again
Also if you do young trees please keep it always from direct Sun light and wind for 2 weeks
But best to do them when your maple resting

Moss has grow on not so clean and too compact soil if u put them of off with out remove it will stop water come down to your trees roots
