After like 8-9 months of growing my hair in the afro, I sponged it for a week, but ts was ass and the freeforms was too thick, so I broke them apart with my hand and made them to the size I wanted, after 2 months of just twisting, picking roots, and rubber bands I 2-strand twist them then layed them down in the shower and ts really got me right I started in april but been growing my hair for like 11 months
When you twist how long you leave em in could you leave em en for a weekend cause I can’t be goin to school wit 2 strand twists

I had a high top fade free form my shit rocked it out for awhile cut my shit cause i started not to like how it looked. grew a fro twisted my shit up now got free form dreads again it looks better imo

If you plan on growing out yo hair get less harsh shampoo (no sulfates I think) and a 2 week wash cycle have a oil routine too like olive oil and tea tree oil etc. Cantù yo best friend when it comes to styling for small Afro curls too

Just get good grades and dont get in trouble with your parents and they’ll eventually let you do what you want with your hair if you make them happy. That’s what I did for mine to start letting me grow my hair n get Freeform, also tell them u like care ab your hair and make a sob story ab it.
