There are monumental differences between Walmart and UPS. UPS can be somewhat difficult to get into at times but it is worth the perseverance. Don't settle for a substandard job like Walmart. I've been a UPS 32 years and I can tell you that it is the best driving job in the industry. Whether we're talking about compensation, benefits, work conditions or just the quality of work. I’ve had the pleasure of pulling a Walmart trailer from dc to the store and waiting to be unloaded. I was not working for Walmart, but a contractor. I have to give much respect for the unloaders. Can’t say for certain that the way they stack these pallets is to make it intentionally harder to unload, but the effect is there is a lot to be desired about their understanding of how gravity works.

Lol ONLY place I've had anything fall off my trailer. Thankfully it was paper towels. The pallet that caused it didn't fall. But they put 5 pallets of paper towels at the back. 2&2 by the door and another UNDER a pallet of dog food. Seriously like you couldn't figure out that the dog food would crush the paper towels? I don't know how unbalanced the dog food was before it fell but just looking at the pallet of paper towels told the tale. The top pallet fell almost on top of me when I opened the doors thankfully I was already in the dock, so we just cut the wrap and started tossing them on the warehouse floor. Started backing up the rest of the way and the hill pulled the bottom pallet the rest of the way out just as I bumped dock unfortunately it was to far over the kid that was to unload it decided to have me pull forward and we tossed that on the dock floor too. That's when I noticed the dogfood on top of more paper towels... Took a couple pics and sent to my dispatch so if they filed a claim it wasn't on gonna be put on me, nobody needs that reputation.

Same schedule, same route EVERYDAY but you'll have an assigned tractor, can't find a clean empty to go to CPU's, pulling around MECZ, USAZ, PTLZ, SWFZ that suck. Stop throwing stones.
