Do you hot seat trucks
You'll have to forgive me, I'm not familiar with that term. If you mean slip seating, it's considered that by Walmart. Currently I'm on a program schedule where as I share 2 dedicated tractors with 2 other drivers. 1 week (all 5 days) I'm in tractor #1, the next week I'm in tractor #2. Then rotate back to tractor #1 to continue pattern.
If you're asking if we team up and switch seats after our 11 hrs of driving thus the seat is always hot and unit is moving, No. We are single drivers. We also don't switch tractors multiple times a day or evert day.
Do you always take your 10 hours break at a Walmart store or DC ?
@Jose - thanks for question, not always. I prefer to take my 10 hr reset at a store or at DC, but that doesn't always happen. For example, tonight I'm at a rest area on SR299 on my way to Eureka. We choose where we want to layover. I avoid truck stops for the most part.
You can't talk with an ear piece blue tooth ?
Kevin - you watched a older video. Yes, we were always allowed to use a hands free method to talk on phone while driving. Old phone policy was, "While on Drive Line" - we couldn't talk more then 60 mins a day and no single call could last over 10 mins at a time.
THAT POLICY has since been changed. We now have unlimited hands free talk time now, unless in school zones, construction zones or at times of extremely high traffic. Obviously those are times that you need to pay closer attention to your driving conditions.
Hope that answers your question.
They run the wheels off you guys. I will stay with my easy union job making $80,000 a year, home every night and sat, sun off.
We run our own wheels off. They told us that the expectation is 375 miles a day. That's really not to hard to achieve
Jw U know u lying 😂
@@crosscountry9132he's actually not lying. I was Union for a ready mix company and I did $100,000-$140,000 as a driver. That batch men were doing $130,000-$180,000
Do they do hair test?
I won't even ask why you're asking. No. It was urine
@@rightlanetruckinsacramento1039 i never answer this question and if i do i always lie to make them not apply because what kind of question is this at some point your going to get caught
