I find it hit or miss with cleaning these carburetors. Sometimes it's hit or miss replacing them with aftermarket carburetors too. You nailed this one Terry! Good job for sure.
Nice work getting the Husqvarna back going and mowing. That track in the carb from dirty fuel can be a problem. That new fuel can be a real head ache for sure
First guess, fuel cap vent is plugged up maybe. I’d say you’re right about stabilizers. I had a clear bottle of stabilizer on the bench for a year or so. Looked at it one day. It sure didn’t look to good. Seemed to be all jelled up. She sounds good. 👍🏻
Bingo, it started anyway, I had something close. I was water in the bowl, and gas. LOL, I am going for cataract surgery 07-24th. It sucks trying to see and read stuff. I run high octain 91, and use 2cyc in all my yard gas or Marvel Mystery oil.
Dead battery Plus I think it's got that Nikki carburetor unless it is a Kohler engine not a Briggs and Stratton engine which is equiped with the Nikki carburetor

Yes if corroded up in one of the passages it is sometimes not possible to just clean.
Great job my friend!! You seem to have slot of knowledge with those pesky little carbs!!! Thanks for taking us along!!
Thank you

Yea years ago the fuel may dry and get hard in side but it never ate metal like it does now.
Good fix! These fixed jet - low emission carbs seem harder to fiddle with.
Seems they do not want people to be able to fix their own stuf anymore.
Great video Terry! It’s crazy that just alittle bit of that gunk in there makes a world of difference on how they run lol
Yea just one piece of dirt in the wrong place .
First guess, fuel cap vent is plugged up maybe.

That is what it does in fuel too. Fuel is just not what it used to be . Thanks for stopping in
Don't be a Hercules - you got that right.
Thanks for stoppin in , Yea i have overtightened a few things in my life .
I have to have lots of light no matter what I am working on. I remember being able to work in dim light back in the day.
No glasses no light , no magnifying glass . The things we took for granted .
I spend a lot on Sta-Bil and still have to clean the carbs from time to time.
Yea i am not sure how well if any the stablizers work.

Hope all goes well with surgery

@@wtbm123 glad you got it running again Kohler engines might not be using the Nikki carburetor unless they have decided to do that @wtbm123
