    PS: The GTO theory in this video stems from Dr. Mel Sif. It is not what I think, nor can anything I said be conclusively proved. There is, however, a very strong correlation with all the 3 strategies I listed. Nonetheless, whatever the mechanism for this hidden strength is, do grip training, train heavy partials, and use bands. You will see the strength benefits.

      This is so true. I plateaued on my pull ups, but then I started training my grip strength like crazy and that increased my pull up strength by two reps. So now I can do 17 reps of wide grip pullups instead of 15.

      The funny thing is that the increase that you're talking about from 15 to 17 is mainly endurance, not strength.

    Just started targeting forearms strength without even realizing how much it has improved my griping strength. I've already noticed my strength increasing in correlation to my gripping strength. Most people don't think about how important our grip is. Don't know about the organ facts but great advice none the less.

    i think along the lines of GTO theory, I've heard bro tips recommending loading way heavier than your 1RM on bench and Squat (50lb+ heavier) and simply unracking it, and holding it for 20+ seconds. teaching your body to not freak under crazy weight.

    BRUH, THE BEST Natural youtube channel out there!!! Love your videos, they are better and better each day, keep it up men! And i fck always though that partial reps mby is even better than full range of motion reps what "fitness experts and speacalists say - Kali Muscle" :D
    because those who use partial reps is TWICE as big and strong than others. i just see that everywhere, especially in calisthenics. Thank you for videos men!

    • @TheCharacter97

      Grab dumbells and hold them by the head and not the handle. Do it with a barbell also work on overhand grip and underhand grip with the barbell... take 2 10lbs plates and hold them together... You can also take a sledgehammer and hold it by the handle with a straight arm (what you want is to be able to have the head as far as possible while maintaining a straight arm towards the ground).. I usually always go for 5 sets of 30 sec hold, 30 sec rest, and upgrade as i go such as 45 sec hold 30 sec rest and so on and go back to 30/30 when i add more weight..

    i can agreed with partial reps, everyone said it was bullshit but when my max deadlift was like 300 pounds i did rack pulls with 420. 3 weeks later i shit you not i pulled 400 pounds, thats a 100pound increase even its noob gains ive never experienced these sort of gains, i havent tried it again tho. its very taxing on the body

    • @RustyIsScared
      @RustyIsScared 2 роки тому

      @Cringe Lord Yea man i got a program from George Leeman for the deadlift. The main lift to focus on is partial dl, so a «rack pull» and i managed to go from 300 with shitty form to 430 with good, But i deadlifted 500 a while later with a different program. Its risky to follow Georges program, i snapped my shit up like 5 times on it so i wouldnt advice to follow his program really, But theres alot to take from it for sure. The thing with the prog is that your supposed to start with ur goal dl in a rack and lower it every week. So if ur Max is 300 and you want 400 ur supposed to start with 400 and do Max reps from high rackpull, and eventually pull from the ground. It works sure, But i wouldnt do it that way unless ur back is made out of titanium.

    Hi Alex. Why is naturally enhanced only 2 fullbody workouts per week... why not 3 workouts per week for more frequency? (More gains?)

      Because you get the mini home workouts, and also I did not want a single person fucking up the autoregulation process. Some people made that mistake with TAB.
