Absolutely incredible. These final few percent of gains really make for massive visual changes. Gaining 1lb of muscle when you've already gained 30lbs is going to make a bigger impact on the visuals than going from 10lbs to 15lbs. I wouldnt be suprised if the juice allegations (from people who've never seen your journey) start coming in with your current physique, looking unreal.
True that those small pounds of muscle REALLY make a difference after the base is established, particularly when super lean. Oh yeah the accusations are coming in and I find it hilarious, but real natties know what they're looking at plus all my stuff is documented 💯
Why is it that people can't believe that alex is natural go look and the old videos we have seen the progress and also compared to other fitness youtubers there muscle mass and definition is more the alex...but in terms of lifts and performance alex runs over most if not all of them at his bodyweight.....so....I dont see all them doing the dips ohp bench calisthenics the real old-school approach
you look better than a lot of enhanced guys bro. I remember first seeing you in 2017 and im so proud of how much youve grown since then, both as a lifter and a person
@@AlexLeonidas i was going to look up a game on gog games to see if it was there, but i completely forgot, maybe you can take a guess so that i may refresh my memory ?
Brother you are a treasure to the natural community. I’ve learned so much from you and you have inspired me tremendously. I can’t wait to see you continue to smash all your goals 💪💪
Its great pleasure seeing the rise of this community of natty lifters who dont let their genetics hold them back from physically becoming the best version of themselves. You guys are inspiring lots of people from all over the world!
I used to feel discouraged by people saying after the first three years you will barely look different blah blah but this is pretty inspiring to see someone who continues improving, looking better and getting stronger even after many years of proper training. Very good job 😎
It’s usually because something in their training, nutrition and even lifestyle was lacking. I’ve seen people who’ve trained for years lose fat while also gaining 5lbs of muscle in 2-3 months which is meant to be difficult as an intermediate lifter.
You're a shining beacon of true natural potential for all of us Alex; keep preaching the importance of experimentation, keeping an open mind and of course trusting in the process for the years to come. This is the real golden era of bodybuilding 💪
This guy is on a different level now... Wouldn't be surprised at all if people start calling him a fake natty, i mean, his progress is a real inspiration for all of us. He's the pride of the natty community! Thank you so much man! You're showing us it's possible to look like a beast when natty
I started watching you when I was 14, that was also when my lifting journey started. I'm 18 now and I can't even explain in words how much you have helped me with my lifting journey
I started lifting 6 months ago, with no visible muscle mass on me. And through focusing on correct technique, good exercise selection, being consistent every single week, and keeping nutrition and sleep at least somewhat on point - I’ve completely transformed how I look. I look like I lift a lot, which I do, and I can’t wait to see how jacked I can get it another 6 months. Improved my confidence so damn much. And while I can relate to the “forever small” type of body dysmorphia already, I’m still blown away by the changes in appearance and quality of life. Never get random back pain like I used to, nothings heavy to pick up and carry in day to day life. I could go on and on, but starting to work out hard at 29 was probably the best move I ever made, although I obviously wish I could’ve gotten on the train earlier in my twenties. Truly better late than never.
@@nominox1158 I'm sure it depends on what the root cause for your back pain is, but for me the answer's been intense, proper-form rowing. Mostly cable rows, and sometimes machine and dumbbell rows for variation. I do a lot of it, I focus a lot on the form and make sure not to neglect the eccentric part for that sweet stretch. It's by far my favorite exercise and motion, so I tend to do a little bit of extra volume every week because I enjoy it so much. Strength is through the roof compared to when I started and it's dramatically thickened up my entire back from top to bottom.
I had amazing improvements in the first 4 months, but they slowed down a lot afterwards. You might follow a similar path, or maybe not, but don't let that get to you though. Might help to keep in check your expectations. I still grow and get stronger, slowly, but I had to adapt my training to hit failure on a regular basis on all the muscles that I aim to grow. Which implied more isolation work, tailored exercise selection, drop sets, and so on. Things get complicated, although still enjoyable. Good luck sir!
you are truly breaking through the 'natural limit' alex, I believe we will see the rise of a super-elite natural lifter in the coming years as I belive you will bench 200kg or even more in your life-time, an absolute transcension in natural lifting is happening thank you for providing us guidance alex!
There is a Swedish guy, Josef Eriksson, who has benched 250 kg/550 lbs. Maybe he isn't actually natural, but he looks like he is. He's obsessed with his bench. His best deadlift is like 260 kg. He's here on YT.
Been watching since 2016 or 17, stored all the knowledge from you and others. Began training 2020 and went from 70kg to 78kg in a couple of months. Today I'm 86kg (not lean though, but still). I'm greatful for the content you bring to us! Blessings!
You look great at this bodyfat, Alex. Hope it feels alright. I'm getting some real Super Vegeta vibes. Thanks for showing humility in yourself. You inspire me to stay humble myself & always be open to learning and never quit. You've really become a beacon for the natural community
I FUCKING LOVE THIS ATTITUDE. I love the consistency and the attitude of reflecting, learning and doing. The same stuff you're talking about I've done in different areas in my life, and I've been applying to working out recently. I'm looking forward to reflecting on the upcoming years.
Coming from a “perma-bulker” of 10 years who finally decided to lean out, this video inspired the foookkk out of me Alex and this is why I love you…. No damn bullshit with you, just hard work and the results speak for themselves.
Your 405 bench was huge, my ultimate gym goal is 180 kg bench. My progress slowed down significantly last year, went from 140-150kg bench, gonna bulk and aim for 160kg before July. Thanks for inspiring and dropping the knowledge
I’ve always been of the mindset that long term consistency is the most important factor for natural lifters. Anyone can show up to train for a couple months or even a year, but it’s the guys that continue to show up for 3/5/10+ years that really end up impressing. As long as your training/diet/sleep are somewhat decent, natural bodybuilding is ultimately all about putting the time in. And as guys like yourself have proven, the more time you put in the more you will reap the rewards of your hard work. Good stuff again, Alex!
Hey Alex, I remember your older videos where you went absolutely berserk on doing 1 rep maxes on obscure lifts (good mornings and some type of barbell shrugs?) and minoxidil beard growth and all type of content about trying to be an alpha male and it just didn't resonate with me. Fast forward a few years and I stumble upon your new content and it's reallllly improved since then. The content, the quality, the pace of videos have all become so much better. You have a new subscriber now! Keep at it, I have a feeling your channel is going to blow up bigtime this year.
I’ve been watching since I was 16 and I’m 23 about to be 24. Trust me the gains are very noticeable. That’s almost a decades worth of gains that I have personally witnessed, absolutely insane. I may be wrong, but I believe you have been mostly injury free. Which I believe plays a huge role in why you have progressed as far as you have. Crazy Alex.
I know someone just said they've been watching for 8 years or something but I want to say that I, too started watching at 16 and will turn 22 in a couple months. Been growing up with this content, thank you.
Alex is the most inspirational natural of all time. He's pushing past the "natural limit" and encouraging people to stay off of PEDs through the process by showing what's possible naturally. What he's taught me is that to get your dream physique, all you need is patience. Thank you Alex!
Great message Alex. I went from a 245 bench at 170 to a 295 bench at 180 in 10 weeks. My training sessions were brutal but it was worth it. Hard work and consistency for the win!
Seeing Alex working out in jeans brings back good memories of the early days of this channel lol. This dude has come a LONG way. Huge transformation not just physically but mentally as well.
The content just keeps getting better. Your energy is contagious man, love this stuff, always charged and wanting to lift after watching. Keep it up bro!
This was an excellent video. I’m currently bulking, and everything is going well. I’m stronger than I was last year while being 10 lbs lighter. I’ve gotten many compliments in the gym. But I’ve been a bit more lax with my routine lately. Missing some days. Telling myself lifting is a smaller part of life. I haven’t been excited to go to the gym, I’ve just been going because I know it’s what I have to do (which is necessary most times). But this video showed me how this is how slipping starts. Starts off small, and grows without noticing. I have to stay vigilant with this lifestyle my whole life. Thanks Alex 🫡
Damn Alex yeah it really has been a long time. For me it's been 1.5 years, maybe 2 years since I've started lifting and in that time gone from a 155x2 squat, 135x2 bench, and 225x1 deadlift to a 455x1 squat, 290-300 lbs bench, and a 475x1 deadlift (though I weigh 200 lbs keep in mind). Progress has definitely slowed down a lot in the past several months, but it is the name of the game. I find it harder and harder to keep myself motivated but having someone as advanced as you keep pushing for progress and seeing you add that up really has inspired me. I didn't realize it yet until much after the 405 bench how much that would stick in the back of my mind as proof of the nonexistance of the natural limit, knowing I am capable of much more than I am doing currently
It’s crazy how much you’ve grown as a lifter and as a person, Alex. You’ve helped so many of us along the journey. Keep doing what you’re doing. We’re there to support you!
Excellent work man 👏 Your achievements to me prove beyond doubt: - Natty limit is a scam - Bulking is worth it - Progressive overload is never optional
In 2021 I overloaded my body with work and training and I burned out. I took around 1.5 years off from training, like completely off, I went to the gym like 3 times during that time and never felt motivated or good about it. I am finally coming back and feeling the enthusiasm of working out and progressing, I guess it has to do with my improved working conditions. Videos like this give me hope and motivation, because I know I have good base for a great comeback ( I have been working out for over 12 years). This makes me want to document my stuff more meticulously, so in half a year or a few years from now I can look back and see the big changes. Thanks Alex!
I started watching you at the start of the pandemic, spend an entire year doing theory work watching BOM/you and NaturalHypertrophy. I've been going to the gym recently (1.4 years). I managed to bench 110kg, squat 140kg, deadlift 180kg and OHP 65kg. Started at 60kg bw, now I'm at 92kg bw. I honestly can't thank any of you enough for your knowledge. You're my inspiration and push me forward everyday to be the strongest version of myself. My goal for this year is 120kg bench and bigger shoulders.
@@RennmausG0ttes it's been really hard, ngl. Secret is 2lts of milk almost daily, easy to digest, lots of protein, high in sodium but you can overcome it with cardio. Lentils are great too, olive oil in almost everything and the easiest in my opinion, peanut, 100g is like 600 calories and it's super easy to eat a lot of it.
I've been lifting for 1 year I did many mistakes and recieved some injuries but kept it pushing. Went from 50KG to 60KG. bench 90kg 120kg squat 140kg deadlift and around 70kg strict OHP. My biggest difficulity right now is to bulk, what program are you using brother?
@@fakes7270 I'm doing a variation of PHUL (Power Hypertrophy Upper Lower) the only changed I've made to it is Bench and Squat, I do 5x5 stronglift for it, that I follow with 2 days of pure hypertrophy training for both parts.
Great video - i love your approach to the youtube fitness guru era. Your approach is different in that you dont have a 'click bait gimmick' approach to getting views and subscribers, which is probably why you have 300k subs and not 10mill, but probably more views from your 300k subs than the guys with 10mill subs. You pretty much say 'look this is what im doing and this is what worked for me'. Most of us like that, we just want to see what a regular guy did to achieve what he achieved, plain and simple. I think you should do a live Q & A, it would be crazy but you would just choose the best questions as they appear. I have so much more i can mention here but i think as of right this second , the most outstanding thing is that 405 bench, damn, im 45 and have been lifting consistently and my max pr on bench was 235 +/- ,,, what would you say, if you could, was the ONE thing that contributed most to the biggest bench gains you have seen?
Loved the energy here, you're looking sick man. Love the confidence in recognizing what you've accomplished, but the humility you display at the same time when talking about how much more there is still yet to learn. Inspiring.
I agree on the filming holding you accountable. My gains exploded when I started my channel, filming all my routines. You’re looking awesome brother. Keep going
Been watching you for years and to see you continue to ascend has been a treat. You push what it means to be strong! I've noticed your training has never really stagnanted both inside and outside of the gym. You're curious and experiment with things that intuitively make sense, or just because, and then it turns out the science backs up what you've experimented with later on. And, you're a historian too! You dive deep into what the greats before you have done, experiment with that, synthesize it and make it your own. The truest bodybuilder in the sense that you're focused on this mind, body, and soul. And there's also something to be said about a non-physical strength by uplifting and teaching others to step into their own power too. Overall, great work Alex! Looking to see what boundaries you break next! Much love
Omarisuf introduced me to your channel and I’ve been watching you ever since. It’s been 6-7 years I think, maybe even more. You’ve come a long way, my friend.. One thing people struggle with, is their diet, including myself and that aspect can really hold you back from looking jacked because your nutrition is what fuels your performance and dictates how you look. In the end, it’s about consistency and dedication, whether it’s your training or your diet.
“Time flies when you’re having fun” Thank you so much Alex been watching your videos since ‘16 during my high school days then around 18’ after high school started implementing your novice full body program and the gains and strength I’ve made is phenomenal. To this day now 22 I still run full body but with tweaks to my weak points but other than that, thank you for providing excellent content and being a motivation for me and everyone. Much love brother💯💯💯

Can you do an in depth transformation video? Where you talk about What you did which year and What you would do differently with the knowledge you have now
I started my journey in 2015 watching you and Omar Isuf and doing your program. Was doing great but I got demotivated in 2019 after a stupid back injury. Nontheless, I am back and watching the OGs. Life is harder now, but motivated to get back in shape. Thanks for all the great content Alex!
I've been watching UA-cam fitness since 2011 and being in this for so long, videos never motivate me to train like they used back when I first started lifting. You are the one person that lights that fire again. You have a gift at speaking and motivating man. No one is doing what you are
Bro your videos are always keeping me motivated! That's really important to progress every day! Thank you for helping us grow! Now I dream of becoming a fitness influencer too, really love helping people so now working hard on my dream
I've watched you during my entire three year journey and it still amazes me that you continue to inspire me. Thank you for opening my mind to a better path of self-improvment and I hope to one day say that I can put my name next to yours as one of the strongest naturals.
I sometimes save your videos to watch later, because I like your content so much that I wanna watch it to put me in a happy mood. But I had to click this right as I saw it! Truly inspiring what you have achived, feels like I know you personally becuase of him authentic you come across in your video.
It's been 4-5 years to me, watching your videos and from being completely obese and a person who couldn't deadlift even 20kgs to a person who can deadlift 200kgs+ and looks bear. All thanks to you❤❤❤
I just want to say as a lifter entering his 40s you’ve inspired me to just grind away at the weights and the gains have been awesome. But particularly your emphasis on form helped me. I re-evaluated my bench form and realized my grip was too narrow and now my chest has exploded! And it was already my best muscle group. So check your form guys it’s worth it!
God knows, Alex’s secret to getting bigger is eating ground bison with jasmine rice, taking baths between heavy lifts, and reverse benching 500 lbs! :D Seriously though man, been watching you since I was still in college, and you look more tremendous than ever. I thought you’ve always looked great, but it’s gotten to the next next level within the past year or so. Well done, you’re an absolute inspiration. We gotta see you cosplay or something at an anime convention bc the general public needs to know what is possible as a natural lifter. We should absolutely go for a Kratos cosplay to stick with the Greek theme. Or Armstrong from FMA. Quick question for today, what the heck is muscle maturity? Is it an actual thing? I’ve been looking online and I haven’t been able to figure it out. To me, it seems like a vague aesthetic parameter where someone’s physique has a “dry”, “hard” look to it. I’ve heard it said that if you’re big/lean but you lack muscle maturity, you might look “squishy” under certain lighting. I can sorta see it, but if it’s a dry look we’re talking about, doesn’t that really just boil down to how much subcutaneous fat/collagen you have in your skin, which is a matter of age above all else? I kinda rambled there for a bit, but I had to lay out the context because never have I seen such an aesthetic component everyone accepts yet nobody is able to define clearly. Maybe you have some insight here, Alex? Appreciate the guidance as always brotha!
As always, thank you for continuing to inform and inspire. I relate to the "not settling" thing. I always keep saying "I'll be happy when I hit x", but my perspective always changes when I approach that point. I remember seeing some jacked dude rep the 110 dumbbells on incline at my university gym, and I remember thinking that I wanted that. I got there after dedication and time--and it felt awesome--but now I want to do them for 10-12 reps. I'm sure that'll change once I'm there, too. Only issue with the not settling thing is that you've gotta be careful with it. It's so easy to get caught in that vortex of not feeling good enough, underselling your efforts etc. That's why I only try to compare myself to others for inspiration, and focus on just being better than I was yesterday whilst always celebrating the present. It's pretty amazing how far you can go by synthesising inspiration and self-compassion, factoring in time and effort as well.
Really appreciate the videos, Alex. I'm 5'9" and always hated being skinny, so after years of good training and bulking I'm walking around between 85kg and 90kg and really comfortable with that. Lately got into doing regular pullups which feels great. Makes perfect sense to keep pushing functional exercise and muscle growth as you get older.
I cant remember how long I've been watching your videos. A few years for sure, through these years you have been an incredible source of knowledge and inspiration to push my physique further. I've had plenty of bumps in the road and most recently I've lost about 20lbs due to an inability to work out for a few months and inability to eat the amount of food I should. 6 months ago I looked the best I ever did at 151lbs, had a lot more to go but still it was my prime. Right now I stand at 134lbs and even though I look at myself like a skeleton my friends think my physique looks great. Now I'm the same weight I was before I really got into lifting but I look so much better still. Thankfully I've gotten over my drug addiction and have gotten past the withdrawals that left me vomiting and sweating every night, I finally feel ready to get back into the gym consistently and I am very excited to see how quickly I can progress with the consistency I've always struggled to maintain.
Alex, your dedication and commitment is is on a whole different level than everyone else. This is Greg Plitt level inspring. Never put a limit on yourself or your potential. Smart training, and consistent dedication adds up!
Seen u for many years, u made steady progress trough all years and got better and more informed. Many will never reatch your level of training understanding. Not even many pros who blast gear.
I started lifting at 45. Now 56. I look decent now, better, but it is harder as you get older. Alex's videos and philosophy-I own both his NE editions-have helped immensely.
Consistency and time really the key. 3 years consistent vs on and off is day and night. Thankyou alex. This probably the first time i've ever feel proud of what i did. I bet if a lot more youngman work out the world would be a different place
Been subscribed and actively watching your videos since 2017. Seeing you constantly raise the roof each year is insane! I’ve been stuck in late novice / early intermediate phase since 2017. I gotta up my game
Alex I thought I had hit my max at 18 or 19 till I found your channel. I went bear mode up to 200lbs from 168lbs and I'm finally coming down to 170s again after about 2 years in the mid to high 180s. At 23 I can say my training is the best it's ever been because of your advice.
Been following now for probably about 2 years or so, about when I started getting serious about fitness. You put out a ton of good quality content and definitely look the part to back it up, unlike some people who hop on the gear and spit out nonsense. Agreed with your point about how you can honestly look great after even 1 year, I'm about 30lbs heavier than I was 2 years ago, but still pretty lean, focussed on the compounds and progressive-overload/mini-PRs the whole way and now I get compliments on my physique, and look more muscular than people who I know have been working out for YEARS, and its thanks to just following your and people like you's advice. I was a skinny fucker who just binged alcohol every night, barely ate, and hated my desk job. All of that has changed since then, and I'm glad I found this side of the fitness community to look up to.
Alex helped me explode my traps after almost a decade of ineffective shrug training. I gained 10lb over my bulks in the last year and I think at least 9 of that just went as lean muscle into my traps.
Absolutely brother not throwing shade at all. Been following you since the two full body a week days. Respect your grind and you are a huge inspiration.
You're looking insane dude! I broke out a stringer for a workout at my local gym for the first time since last summer and realized how much the small gains I've made over the winter have made a visual difference. I don't track my progress in video or picture form, only track my lifts and body weight, but it's crazy what a little bit of "finishing touch" muscle can do when you've already filled out your base. Even though I'm older than you, I'm a bit behind in serious training years. I spent a lot of time doing more athletic focused training (vertical jump training, for example) and didn't get fully committed to strength and aesthetics until fall of 2016 (around the time I subbed to your channel). Training with intent, consistency, and time are the most important factors. I've grown to ignore the natty limit nonsense talk, if you're consistent and in it for the long haul, you can improve your physique for a really long time. It's crazy that around the time I got into UA-cam fitness in 2016, there was still misinformation out there that your gains died when you turned 30 (lol). That's news to me, I didn't start taking this seriously until I was 31 and I'm now 20-25 lb up on my self from that time and only minimal body fat gained. I got covertly accused of taking steroids by one of my training partners from the past who hadn't seen me in a few years because I had blown past him in gains. He was still stuck in the Crossfit metcon mindset and wondered why he couldn't gain muscle, not to mention he was very inconsistent with training.
04:45 You're one of the few guys who keeps this real. It's so often the case that larger guys who built their mass off big bulks, will pull back in their recommendations to others and tell them to be more moderate. We all got big a little fat and it wasn't pretty but we that's how we did it!
Yourself Alex and two others are the only guys I listen to on UA-cam. I have put on so much size over the last few years listening to your advice. Thank you! I almost wish I could show you progress pictures.
Great video Alex. You're really inspiring and excited to see you how do in competition. Noticing the same thing in myself right now while maintaining my "bear mode" physique. 3 years ago I weighed 175ish with no abs and no vascularity. I'm sitting at 195 now with slight ab definition while maintaining bicep vascularity. The constant improvement is key.
@@AlexLeonidas much appreciated Alex! I definitely honed in my training during this period which helped produce much better results than the years prior.
I’ve been subscribed since the beginning in 2013 and this is still my favorite channel for fitness. I like natural hypertrophy too, but he can be a bit nonsensical and prudent in the way he comes across. I feel like Alex is humble and his experience is top notch.
Dude, I'm a lifetime natural, I'm now 31. I spent years doing random bits in the gym getting caught up with optimal this and that. But. Now. I have a basic home gym, I'm focusing on Bench, OHP, Squats, Deadlift, and Weighted pull ups in my garage and I've made more progress in the last 2 years than I did in the last 10. You're inspiration to me
Your journey is so inspiring Alex! I've been following you for 7 years and the improvements are real! And the best has yet to come! Godspeed my brother
The amount of emotion in your voice sometimes really blows me away. I can feel your passion, we need people like you to have more influence over the fitness community that’s so toxic.
Only a minute and a half in and the point you're making about what can happen in 3 years applies exactly to me. I got into lifting January of 2020 when I was a bit depressed and lost in life. Was pretty far from doing everything even close to the right way when I started. All I had was a generic 5 day U/L/U/L/U split I googled and knew I had to eat big to get big. Bulked from 155 to 200 in that first 9 months and gained a ton of mass. Fastforward to 2023 and I've still got a ways to go, but I sit at 185 with easily visible abs, a 455 squat, 300 bench press, and a 501 deadlift under my belt. People really underestimate just how potent consistency is. I've made a shit load of mistakes my first 3 years of lifting and the gains have still been insane.
From lost and depressed with a bad physique to 185 WITH ABS, 455 SQUAT, 300 BENCH, AND 501 DEADLIFT!!! NOW THAT'S THE POWER OF 3 SOLID YEARS!! Well done Billabean, your story demonstrates exactly what I preach. And you still have wayyyyyyyy more progress to make. Actually scary.
@@AlexLeonidas thanks Alex, it means a lot to hear you say all that. I have to say your channel was key in helping me break away from the powerlifting dogma on this platform and pursue the general strength and well rounded physique that powerlifting alone leaves to be desired. So thanks for what you do, you’re an inspiration.
@@naughtiousmaximus7853 somewhere around 5’9” ~ 5’10” I’ve bulked up to 200-210 3 times now and each time my low point sits a little higher than it did last time I cut. Only recently have I come to realize really fucking long and lean bulks might be a better option for me.
@@Balakay_Adkins Awesome! I am 5ft8, currently 198lbs and obviously fat but way more muscular than before, I have been lifting for like 5 months, 2 of those very seriously. I am sort of lucky to be a bit chubbier since I plan to cut down to 175lbs and just recomp from there. I would pay devil to be 175lbs with abs, but seeing your success I might even push it to 180lbs.

How often do you stretch? I don't recall ever coming across a video of yours emphasizing flexibility or mobility. But you've also been injury free so you might just be naturally mobile and doing full rom exercises is enough for you. I have very poor shoulder mobility and have been working like crazy trying to open them up to alleviate tendonitis symptoms due to poor biomechanics due to lack of mobility.
Love an Alex rant video!! Great points. Interesting bro. I find when I video myself I tend to have a poorer workout as I get too focused on the filming and angles etc. I recommend you have the odd work out without filming just to give yourself a break from the extra effort. Congrats on your amazing progress lately. Inspiring.

same here, about when I started lifting back in HS, glad to still be here; still learning

You can get great gains in just 2-4 months naturally
It’s usually because something in their training, nutrition and even lifestyle was lacking. I’ve seen people who’ve trained for years lose fat while also gaining 5lbs of muscle in 2-3 months which is meant to be difficult as an intermediate lifter.
You're a shining beacon of true natural potential for all of us Alex; keep preaching the importance of experimentation, keeping an open mind and of course trusting in the process for the years to come. This is the real golden era of bodybuilding 💪

I started watching you when I was 14, that was also when my lifting journey started. I'm 18 now and I can't even explain in words how much you have helped me with my lifting journey
You started at a great time, and probably put all the other 18 year olds (Especially SARMS GOBLINS) to shame!!! Great stuff Pontus.
Truly better late than never.
godspeed brother
Hell yah. Made the most gains I ever had in the last 2 months.. it’s such a confidence boost walking around with a good amount of muscle
I lift a lot as well but still get a back pain. How did you overcome this random back pain?

The gym lifestyle is definitely comparable to all walks of life! Keep grinding homie.
the amount of respect I have for this man also love the cameo of RP at the end
Coming from a “perma-bulker” of 10 years who finally decided to lean out, this video inspired the foookkk out of me Alex and this is why I love you…. No damn bullshit with you, just hard work and the results speak for themselves.
Bro after a 10 year perma bulk you're going to look AMAZING! Mark my words, you're in for a treat.

I cannot get over how great your content AND your personal grand experiment is for all of us. Not just BB but NATURAL BB as well
Great message Alex. I went from a 245 bench at 170 to a 295 bench at 180 in 10 weeks. My training sessions were brutal but it was worth it. Hard work and consistency for the win!
Sounds awesome man, how did you train for that jump?
Seeing Alex working out in jeans brings back good memories of the early days of this channel lol. This dude has come a LONG way. Huge transformation not just physically but mentally as well.
Congrats for the incredible shape, and performances. Your calisthenics vids reaally helped me during lockdown. Keep up the good work !
“Muscles grow forever“ - Franco Columbu. Awesome to see an elite natural echo this sentiment. Thank you Alex.
The content just keeps getting better. Your energy is contagious man, love this stuff, always charged and wanting to lift after watching. Keep it up bro!
Started watching about 5 years ago when Omarisuf first featured you on his channel. You've seriously made some crazy gains since then
This was an excellent video.
We’re there to support you!
i appreciate how you always have kept it real over the years

Inspiring.

Filming everything makes such a difference, it's like automatic self-coaching with the highest degree of accountability. Thanks brother.

He’s been improving every year since I started watching his 2016 vids. That’s why Alex is a G in my mind.
God knows, Alex’s secret to getting bigger is eating ground bison with jasmine rice, taking baths between heavy lifts, and reverse benching 500 lbs! :D
Seriously though man, been watching you since I was still in college, and you look more tremendous than ever.

This has to be one of the most inspiring lifting videos for fellow natties, Godspeed Alex.
Training now for over 5 months and the only time I haven’t improved has been after illness or injury. Keep inspiring.
Alex helped me explode my traps after almost a decade of ineffective shrug training. I gained 10lb over my bulks in the last year and I think at least 9 of that just went as lean muscle into my traps.
Been following since 2016, was shook at the name change. Was like who is this, but you're doing great man. Keep it up!
Thank you Xavier!!!!
I think people lose grasp of the fact that THIS IS YOUR JOB. Amazing results are attainable when you focus and heart go into something.
Can't deny it, that makes a BIG DIFFERENCE. I'm locked into making this gains, perfect lifestyle.
Thank you! I almost wish I could show you progress pictures.
who are the other 2 haha
Great video Alex. You're really inspiring and excited to see you how do in competition. Noticing the same thing in myself right now while maintaining my "bear mode" physique. 3 years ago I weighed 175ish with no abs and no vascularity. I'm sitting at 195 now with slight ab definition while maintaining bicep vascularity. The constant improvement is key.
Great work John, 3 years did a number on you too!!
MUCH LOVE SUPER OG!! 2013 till now, wow that thought alone blows my mind. Thank you so much and I'm honored to still be your favorite. Love NH too 🙌
nice home gym set up i need to step up my gym
Bells of Steel will level up your gym! www.bellsofsteel.us/#a_aid=Leonidas
I started watching you back in 2018 when I was living in Amsterdam. Your gains have been impressive, and training maturity. I know you’re natural
"Miniscule PRs add up." Yes sir, preach.
Such a profound truth!
You're inspiration to me
Your genetics keep getting better and better!
2023 really is Alex’s year. Looking enhanced as a natty!
Yo Alex we need a vlog of you going to that fitness expo. The Arnold?
Enjoy, made it an Instagram exclusive

@@AlexLeonidas thank you brother!
Your journey is so inspiring Alex! I've been following you for 7 years and the improvements are real! And the best has yet to come! Godspeed my brother
You look insane man!!!!
Thanks OG Brendon!!
@@Balakay_Adkins 185 lbs with visible abs? God damn, how tall are you dude?
@@naughtiousmaximus7853 somewhere around 5’9” ~ 5’10”
I’ve bulked up to 200-210 3 times now and each time my low point sits a little higher than it did last time I cut. Those bulks were the dirtiest of bulks though, I’m talking eggo waffles, pizza and 25% body fat 😂.
Been watching you for a couple of years now, gotta say you're such an inspiration for the next generation, you're modest, you give legit advices and most importantly a good man,
Keep up the content and the good work, you're on the right track.
“I just want you to imagine holding 4 plates, doing a full range of motion, and then pressing it back up” 😂 🔥 💪
Just had to 😂😂
Broooooooo. I’ve been away from UA-cam for a while/got ridiculously busy with real life but wow kudos to you. Dayuuuum you got shredded af homie. Keep it up bro.
The truth? I don't stretch, haven't in years. I do dead hangs but that's about it.
@@AlexLeonidas Does one even need stretching with full ROM on exercises?
@@AlexLeonidas My guess like I said is that you naturally had sufficient mobility and simply training at full rom with full stretch is all you needed.
Inspiring.
