I so relate with what taimour mentioned about desi parents. I’m in my 20s. I’m done w school, have a good paying job, so I’m financially independent. I made a conscious decision to move in with my parents. My dad understands boundaries, but my mom still treats me like I’m a kid. My dad always tells me to stand my ground and talk to my mom, but when I do she gets upset. Sometimes it’s like a guilt trip cause she hits me with the “you were away for 4 years, and you’ll get married in a few years.” It’s a struggle to find a middle ground 🤦♀️ BTW I absolutely love your content! You ladies are amazinggg!! Lots of love from Houston 🫶🏼
Loved this episode he definitely reminds me of my younger brother! I laughed soo hard when he said we’d go to the beach and our parents would say paani ke paas nahi jana like what are we doing here! LMAO! Our parents were the same way! 😂😂
I'm from the UK and whilst I've never heard of any of those terms, I don't think anyone will bat an eye hearing that 😂 - loving the variety of these segments!
