Hey guys, I have rooted oneplus 3 and xposed modules are working on it. Today I received OTA update for Oxygen 3.2.1. I'm not sure whether this update will cause me to loose root access and stop the xposed modules working on it. Please guide me whether I should update the firmware or not.
Thank you so much I have properly installed root but I have a tip that when you enter in twrp first time don't do allow modification just tap on read only it will also allow you to install Ota updates.

I Factory Reset my phone, and it worked perfect again, but with no root. I tried the same with another version of SuperSU, but still the same result. So now I'm stuck again on the boot screen. I really wanna root my phone, so help would be appreciated. Thanks

That's a pretty cynical and ignorant comment to make! Many incredibly brilliant people could benefit from rooting, if they knew what those benefits were. To simply say that if you have to ask, then you don't need to do it... that says a hell of a lot more about you than it does about anyone you're trying to denigrate.

Hi, I have followed your tutorial and done everything correctly. I got to the stage in the video to check root via a root checker app. But Before I can do this, my Oneplus 3 seems to be stuck on the boot screen (Screen with a red circle in the middle with white circles around it). its been like it for a good 15 minutes. Any ideas how to fix this??
followed this to the step. have a few questions. 1. The 1st time i did these steps the TWRP did not boot. The screen went black after the logo screen. 2. After a few attempts from here and there, I was able boot into TWRP. This time to see that the zip folder of the SuperSu file was not showing on TWRP. 3. There are two screens that come in before every boot. One is for the bootloader being unlocked. Second has a message "the dm-verity is not started in enforcing mode". i need help

Ash great video as always! But why would you need to unlock the bootloader to root, ive never had to do that on a locked device.
