The advertising fees on Amazon are ridiculous. You will never be seen unless you pay an obscene amount of money. Our keyword score was an 8. The PPC bleeds out profits dry. When 80% of the sellers on Amazon are from China. It’s hard to compete with both the seller and the factory. They can sell their products for Pennie’s on the dollar because they’re the manufacturer. Very hard to compete with.
I just sold two real estate properties for a total sum of $800k. I planned on purchasing a new house next year, the cash is just sitting in my savings account. What do you recommend i do? I will appreciate any suggestions

My question is: If I've a brand that sells an item in category A but i want to sell a different category item (private label), how does it work in terms of brand trademark in USPTO and brand registry in Amazon? In other words, can I update my current pending USPTO trademark and add a different category sector? And also update my current brand registry in Amazon and add this new category that i plan on selling? Thank you.
You can choose to sell in any category - however you cannot sell the exact same item on a separate listing category unless you modify or improve it in some way

Hello guys. Thank you very much for such a valuable video. I have a question. To get the FNSKU code, I would add a product. But amazon wants me to go through a brand approval process. Can I click on "This product does not have a brand name", and then get my FNSKU code, and then go through the brand approval process later?
Yes, you can always go through the brand approval process at a later date.

I recommend reaching out to Seller Central support. They should be able to assist you further on this error.

Do you guys consider a product a "mee too" product or a race to the bottom product if it can't be changed much aside from colors but has consistent sales across the board where even thou some are making tons of money there are still lots of people making good money below them? This product also has low reviews across the board with 250 being the average but sells very well on average 1100 sales per month. Would you consider this product? Also what do you guys think about selling 10 variations of colors at launch? Should I start with one variation of color and get that selling and building reviews first or launch all ten and promote all at once? Thank you so much for your video's they are the best on UA-cam!
Yeah, that can be a good product because the demand is high, and the competition is not too high.
In this scenario, if you can manage 10 variations, especially if the other competitors don't have the other variations, yes.
Amazon is more about ranking above your competitors for keywords and maintaining rank. Customers won't see your competition if you are at the top of the page. The problem is that amazon will only rank you if you generate the highest revenue for them. If your competitors are already making boat loads of revenue, amazon has no incentive to rank you above them. They are happy to take your 39.99 a month and the endless amount you'll spend on ppc to make it to the top.
Its basically pushing past a no turning point where you either rank and become profitable and maintain cash flow or lose everything in customer acquisition.
what if there are people making money in every category no matter the revenue of the competition in this niche there are people making 5k a month 10k 20 all the way to 6 figures to the millions and nobody is really stopping anyone lower than them it's kind of a weird niche because all of them are around 250 to 300 reviews average

Is it a must that the business name should be different from the brand name?
Not at all! The business name should be generic enough that you can add other brands and products under it!

As long as it is not trademarked/patented. and you will differentiate your own product from the one already listed on Amazon, then this is fine 😉

Hi there Supermans, please let me know, that I've registered my LLC on my Pakistan Address and my resale certificate on a virtual US address is that okay to sell on Amazon? My seller central is registered on my Pakistan address as well....
I believe that Amazon will not require you to have a reseller cert for FBA.

Amazon FBA wholesale for approval from Amazon for new sellers is very difficult.

Hard to sell on us market now Amazon us put the suggested bid up massively high my ppc suggested bid was 1.50 to 2.59 now gone up to 3.89 to 4.75 with this high bids will not make any money
The bids might have increased due to Q4/holiday season!

Have you checked the search volume of these keywords that are indexing your product? Are they these the keywords with the most search volume?

Try running PPC campaigns, and if you already do, then you might need to optimize it and add new keywords

We wish we could help, however, we are not able to recommend anything when it comes to product selection. If you need extra help, try hiring an Amazon freelancer from Upwork or Fiverr!

misleading !? - whether you get trademarked via 'IP Accelerator' OR via third-party (another attorney or DIY) - is irrelevant - your 'pending' application will STILL grant you complete Brand - Registry with Amazon! - Amazon will accept either a trademark registration OR a Serial Number, upon lodging trademark application (getting a Serial Number places application in 'Pending' mode - acceptable for Brand-Registry !
