Hi love your videos. I’m from Florida so I wanted to tell you about my 2 favorite steakhouses in Orlando. Bull & Bear at the Waldorf Astoria. And Shulas steakhouse in the Dolphin resort at Walt Disney world. For a great chef table experience Victoria & Alberts @ the Grand Floridian in Walt Disney World is also amazing. Keep up the great videos.
Thanks so much! We really wanted to try Bull & Bear! Next time we’re down there. But we didn’t know about Shulas, we’ll look into it. Hopefully we can do Victoria and Albert’s someday too. There are so many places to try in Orlando! Thank you!
Your steakhouse videos are always very enjoyable to watch - this one is no exception! Plus --- Kristin has the best expressions for your UA-cam thumbnails! Looking forward to your next video - thanks again
@ as well as the worst lol…so I’m glad you guys but things to rest lol…fyi, haven’t even been there yet myself but my brother and his wife are planning to go to Klaw tonight cuz they are in Miami and I sent them your video and said they have to go 🙌🏽 🫶🏽
Thats true! Not sure anyone saying this is the best steak in the world has ever been to a real steakhouse. Oh that’s amazing! Let us know what they think. Hopefully they enjoy it because it’s so pricey!
@@travelfuller Canadian chefs (non-Asian) are using it more and more. There is a place in Montreal that has a breakfast sandwich with it that is supposed to be amazing. There is a shop in Toronto that makes gourmet sandwiches that apparently does an amazing one. If you ever go to Korea Jeju Black Pork is a must try.
Nearly every steakhouse in the US is cooking sous vide. Once it’s cooked in the water bath to your desired doneness, the cooks remove from the bag, pat off the moisture, then either use a powerful infrared grill to sear, alternatively it could go on a standard grill or cast iron. This steak looks sous vide and cast iron finished. Takes a pro to get the seared crust on ripping hot cast iron… looks like an amateur made this.
I'm shocked that you guys would waste money eating at this tourist trap! It's like an expensive Golden Corral with short order cooks to all the loud kids!❤😅
At the beginning I was confused cause the first plate but after I see it, I said: 🗣️WOW!!!
Definitely I’ll try it. Thanks guys!!!

Pork chop is really good at Carthay Circle in Disneyland.
We haven’t been to DCA in ages! We’ll have to make the trip out there

Thanks! Haha people said this was the best meal they ever had so we had high hopes!

Thanks!!
Thank you for the video Adam sandler
Yay finally 🙂 do you have more videos from disneyworld or is it just steakhouse 71?
Yes! We have one more coming trying snacks from all of the hotels. But we definitely want to take another trip to Disney soon!
Nice review. Thx. (The dining room does look like a break-room cafeteria.)
Nice video. Just a suggestion if ever in Nashville, Jimmy Kelly's Steak House on Louise street
Thanks! We’ll give it a try next time we’re in Nashville!
Minnie K, enough reason for a thumbs-up!
Haha just trying to embrace the Disney magic!
It's nice to see pork belly on more continental menus these days. Many of us Asians have been eating it for years.
It’s popular at barbecue places but otherwise we really only see it at Thai or Vietnamese restaurants!

That's an 8 layer cake. The frosting between layers doesn't count
even if the NY strip was cooked sous vide, that is a piss poor sear job before being served. definitely not a Guga worthy sous vide 😂
Sous vide is a great way to cook steaks if they’re seared enough! The strip looks like it was thrown on for two seconds
You guys are about an hour and a half east of the best steakhouse in the country. Please tell me you're going to Berns.
We went! That video is coming soon!

Looks likea high school cafeteria. No ambiance at all.
Yeah they definitely could’ve made more of an effort
