- Client was told her watch was fake and that Anthony does bad business within watch trading. Anthony gets pissed off and confronts the guy (AD) who told his client the watch he sold her was fake. The confrontation begins with Anthony simply asking questions. This allows for the guy to back himself in a corner due to his arrogance and actions. Anthony then confronts him and calls him out for everything he described was inaccurate. Anthony continues to call him out by providing specific details as to why the watch is indeed real. The guy's reaction is hilarious.

He’s not wrong
But he is still not an authorized rolex salesman.....If you work in sales of luxury watches or cars or anything else that is expensive you need to have keep a polite language, it is disrespect towards the customer and you send a wrong message and it sounds more like you are ridiculening the product you sell....You would never heard a sales person talk like that in a luxury- car dealership, designer clothes, electronics or watches. This is a matter of first impression.
He is unprofessional, rude, he is not customer friendly (he just want to be heard all the time and sounds like he know it all).......recommending people to have their $50.000+ watch to be repaired at his unauthorized repair man because it is cheaper is the worst advice ever. Many people who buys these high end watches are upper class and they would never buy a watch from a guy who swears.
His knowledge about watches is laughable....I would not even buy a Mickey Mouse watch from this joke.
Sales like this are way too common. Commend you for standing on principles and making sure sales are as pure as they could be

Arguing for the sake of arguing just so Tony can get hard, TPG had to get a watchmaker to teach him everything about that watch before he spewed it all back to the AD like he knew from the start. Anthony is the biggest tool around, must feel tough now, what a joke!!

How do you know if is fake? Because I sell many watches….
With experience and a loupe. Anyone claiming they know it's a real Rolex without using a loupe are probably incompetent and a red flag.

Rolex started random serials in 2011 1012 number 1
2 ,Also rolex never had anywhere in print what those letters actually identified , That was the rolex watchmakers keeping track of the build dates .

My perception is sales dude sized up a greedy opportunity with a customer using this same act, and couldn't give one minute's professional courtesy to deal honestly. Saw the opportunity to profit off someone less knowledgeable, yet trusting , and gleefully insinuated a falsehood for personal gain.
How quickly the perpetrator feigns victimhood when truth is introduced.
I’d advice to reconsider your social media strategy and the image you’re putting out. While squabbles and negative content help to boost sales in short term, it plays very badly for reputation on long term. People just don’t want to deal with sullen quarrelsome people in general. Especially in premium and luxury segments.

Lmfao you can fake rolex cards. People fake clone stolen Visa blacks and shit. A rolex card isn't more secure then a credit card or bank card. It's just not easy to fake. Pretty sure I know someone that could fake it if they wanted to though.
Lop and yet I have a rolex steel joint with an aftermarket bezel that's still waterproof and just as waterproof as factory. Albeit the bezel was made by a very high end watch maker and probably costs as much as a real bezel but lol.
Hate to say it but this poor AD. This guy Anthony is literally out to discredit people in the most confrontational way possible. A simple email would have worked fine to resolve this matter.
Hell no. Good on him for exposing this AD who clearly had no clue about the watch and gave the customer false info on it. Screw that AD. That customer is the victim here. An email would have been straight up ignored.

When they came back he did not in the beginning he just said it was all fake lol he said they watchmaker could look at it after getting schooled
Hows it they cant tell about factory or aftermarket by just looking at it without any magnifiers and just the naked eye.
