Anthony Farrer operated for years as a luxury watch dealer but federal prosecutors claim he was actually a conman struggling with addictions to gambling and drugs. Farrer was based in Beverly Hills until he traveled across the country last year hoping to gather $5 million to pay back investors and clients. I live in Scottsdale Arizona and there are plenty of people running around and portraying themselves as a lot more than they are. We call it the Scottsdale syndrome.
