Would it be recommended to use these manual options to avoid failure due to allowing the automatic functionality

I couldn't lower the air suspension on an 06 C55 to do suspension work with my Snap-On Ethos. I'm starting to get to that point where I have to turn jobs down left and right because I don't have factory scan tools.

You can but it won't stay lowered as the car will move towards calibrated level as you drive.

I purchased the youcanic scanner but I don't have the same options for my 2011 E550 4matic.
    I just replaced the compressor.
The valve block and two front struts.
The problem I'm having when I started the car the right side went to the moon and the left side stayed down.
I was hoping to release the air cuz now the car is sitting with just the right rear up in the air and when I started the compressor starts for about 10 seconds and then says malfunction

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issues you're experiencing with your 2011 E550 4matic after using our Youcanic scanner. We appreciate your business and want to help you resolve this as quickly as possible.
Firstly, I'd like to clarify that the AirMatic hardware and software configurations can vary across different Mercedes-Benz models. As such, the options you see on your scanner may not exactly match those presented in our demo video or even what you might find with other scanning tools like Xentry.
As for the issue you're facing with your car's suspension-specifically, the right rear side lifting unusually high-this could potentially be due to a level sensor issue. I'd recommend checking the level sensor to ensure that it hasn't been bent or otherwise damaged, as this could interfere with proper height adjustment.
If you're receiving an "AirMatic Malfunction" error, please run a diagnostic scan to read the error codes. The codes can give you more detailed information on what might be causing the issue. From there, you can take appropriate corrective action.
Should you require further assistance or have any more questions, please don't hesitate to post on youcanic.com/ We're here to help and are committed to ensuring that your experience with our product is as seamless as possible.

Can I use this on my Jeep air suspension? I need to perform an air mass calculation function like the factory scan tool can do.

Can you use this scanner to permanently change the ride height, for example lower the car by 10mm from the normal “comfort” datum so that it always sits in its “sports” setting position and is this scanner compatible with 213 models of E Class?

    • @YOUCANIC
      @YOUCANIC  9 місяців тому +1

Thanks for reaching out! The YOUCANIC scanner's main function is diagnostics and does not typically have the ability to permanently alter vehicle settings like ride height. However, it is compatible with E Class 213 models for diagnostic purposes. For in-depth queries, feel free to ask questions on our site www.youcanic.com. We're here to support you throughout your car ownership journey with our myriad resources, guides and factory repair manuals. Happy motoring!

So I lifted the front ends they were at
    left -20 mm
    Right -2 mm
    Back 127 mm
    And now it’s at
    L 45 mm
    R 48 mm
    Rear 127
I can’t seem to get the rear to come up. Even tho it reads 127 it’s slammed to the ground and I replaced my compressor.

Got similar problem previously kept pumping up rear on and on signal from rear right sensor -70mm inspected sensor found out plastic link between sensor lever and suspension arm was broken replaced it but rear pneumatic started working opposite than B4 (kept lowering the rear) found rear right sensor reading this time was on +127 so it's logical ECU tried to lower the rear I'll check the harness and wiring but I expect the issue with the sensor itself I'll replace it and hopefully that solves the problem

Tested and shifted: connected diagscan (live data - suspension level) unhooked linkage from sensor rotated sensor arm to achieve -95 reading (rear dropped to the ground) reattached linkage
At this stage couldn't perform calibration as reading should be between -20/+20
Jacket up the rear to achieve required readings and now could go through calibration
After completing, clearing DTC and starting the engine ECU finally pumped up struts and rear went up. At this point could lift/lower the back via diagscan set up even height on both sides and calibrate it once again.

@user-hk6xz1ei8t Good information. Was it just the rubber piece connecting to control arm making it uneven from the other side.. or was it that the computer was trying to keep the specs that it stored with the faulty rubber piece?
