Larosa's form of first and last rep before weighted pull-up was almost same , also he did muscle ups for almost 5 minutes straight , only a beast can do that , or may be some alien strength can ! Too strong bro 💪😤

why no weighted pull up max bro
Because of my subscapularis injury, I can't properly pull my weight up, if I add extra weight would be even worse.
I'm currently doing treatments with a physiotherapist.
