Rediculous. StubHub is TRASH. As a person who goes to a lot of concerts and ticketed events through out the year, I feel sorry for that lady and her time and emotion. Especially considering this was a one time special event for her and her husband.
All ticket sellers are trash. Ticketmaster etc and so on.
It's surprising that representatives from either team haven't offered to provide tickets for these dedicated fans.

Was a time not all that long ago when resale of tickets for profit was illegal. Stubhub and the like shouldn't exist. As with many things, those with money and power make the laws. Hope she gets a full refund and spends the money on something more rewarding and lasting. Most games are way overrated and not worth that much to watch.

Why can't the buyer contest the charge with their CC issuer?
Some CC will charge the customer a dispute fee.
Likely because she used a debit card and does not have that option. I refuse to get a debit card.

That is the message you get when the seller pulls them back and resold them. Move your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet the second you get tickets from any vendor!
They got screwed.

Same thing happened to my Dad for the Rose Bowl. Flew from Michigan to Califonia a couple weeks in advance, and never got it straightened out. My parents missed the game. 😢

If you live close enough to travel to the stadium you should probably buy your tickets at the stadium.
