Well I’m not a super snowmobile mechanic but I’ll take a guess I would have to think it’s your switch, I’m assuming they can’t get you in for service because I’m sure that’s under warranty I would take a test light and start testing things I would be willing to bet that somebody local that doesn’t even work on snowmobiles could probably figure it out if they have a little bit of expertise with electrical
How to fix the relay if it's broke had a short had to turn my steering to the rt to start keep replaceing my fuse now it's the last of 10' of snow bumblebee doesn't want to go reverse
@@sharpcarco yes you did! You showed that fuse holder and said check for corrosion. So I pulled the harness and sure as shit it was corroded solid. Cleaned and reinstalled and bam all is fixed in the world
My sleds doing the exact same thing. fires right up when i jump the silonoid with a scredriver. Reverse switch works. Starters good. Batterys good. 2008 mxz 500ss. New relay nothing. How do i test power to the silinoid ? Or that relay? To know for sure its those wires
Man I’m super sorry I can’t answer that question right now because I can’t remember off the top of my head I’m just about ready to pull the slide out for the season and I will take a look and hopefully I can get you an answer the easiest way to do it would be to do a continuity test on the wires it does sound like you have a broken wire somewhere from the information you’re giving me sorry I wish I could be of more help right now
Thx for making a video. It’s one thing to think “yada yada yada”, but it’s another to say it. In short - waste of time. If you want people to subscribe, improve the video quality or communication.
