This is incredible. The presentation 👌 I got teary in the end. As someone who lives away from my homeland Kerala, I feel more attached to it as time moves on. Thank you for this reminder of how rich, vast and beautiful my state is. As Malayalis we're truly blessed to have been born here, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
Snake boat is not something keralites named. It was the name given by the tourists. We just calls it 'Chundan Vallam', loosely translates to boat with long beak
Sick documentary Danny, very informative and interesting traditions and beliefs:) Was a joy to watch! Kerala looks like a quality place, I would love to go! Gotta get me some of that ayerveda!
Thank you bro..🙏 Absolutely fantastic presentation. My land, my people, my food Missing all You can’t finish without a tear in your eyes, Kerala is a feeling ❤

Danny! You have captured all the frames so beautifully encompassing human emotions along with nature. Glad I met you on this part of your travel. Good going mate. Cheers!
Well done Danny! This is one of the best videos on Kerala I have come across. Done so authentic and personally. As a person with roots from Kerala, your appreciation of Kerala, has brought me tears of joy. Thank you! ❤ I liked it so much, that I have shared it on my facebook. I would like to promote the video amongst the members of our Travel Club, by boosting the post. I do not wish to do so, without your consent. So hope to hear from you.

Wow! Such a nice documentery I have ever seen in my life about Kerala by a Foreigner . Kerala is not a state it's an emotion for us... keep traveling, come back again you can capture and experience more about Kerala
This documentary beautifully captures the essence of Kerala! The presentation was outstanding, with well-thought-out prompts and stunning visuals that truly bring the state's beauty to life. It evokes deep emotions and leaves a lasting impression on its viewers. A great effort and an impressive result-kudos to the team!
i want the govt promote home tourism were tourists from other countries can live with us and understand our lifetsyle ,our home food ,culture tradition, beliefs etc in much more depth...evry house in kerala could be a great tourist attraction for the foreigners...the struggles of an indian mother the way she take care of the family...the way she cooks...the way she manages family and work at the same time...the tensions of an indian father who have to earn more and more to ensure a safe future for their children...the thoughts and views of the growing children...it would be a great initiative with a huge potential...and i like that guy who explained abt hinduism he just summarised entire bhagvat geeta in few min
Great effort to document the culture, lifestyle and tradition of an Indian State. You did a great job. Nice work✨🙏.. During your next visit try to cover "Thrissur puram". One of biggest festivals with lots of elephants, in the cultural capital of Kerala "Thrissur ". That too will be a great experience. Thank you.

On this document described onem festival is not in it true traditional way... The girl described the story in the way of northern sangi story... We kerlalis believe mahabali is the most honest ruler in Kerala.
@@thejourneycreatives You can visit Munnar. It is a high range famous for tea plantations. Another Festival is Thrissur Pooram held at Thrissur Vadakkumnadha Temple annually during March-April. Did you try the houseboats in Alappey? You can also go into deeper waterways and canals on small boats, go to remote villages and experience the lives of people there..
Very well rounded documentary about Kerala I’ve ever watched. As important as Kathakali, there’s another folklore art form in northern part of Kerala called Theyyam. It is performed in temples of district of Kannur during the time of December to April. It is another fascinating form of art you might probably be interested in. Hope you include this in your itinerary next time you’re back in Kerala. Thanks.
